My favorite tv show turns 40 today! It ran in a series from November 23, 1963 until summer of 1989. Then it continued in novel and audio novel format. It is now announced that in 2004 we will have a new Doctor Who series produced for tv and written/produced by the guy who makes Queer As Folk. I am sure he will bring some much-needed drama and fun to the show!

I hope it will be on the Dutch tv soon, I have heared much about this serie and can't wait to see it

No wonder some of the stuff going on over at the Skytoucher seemed familiar.
Seriously, happy birthday to the good Doctor. I've only seen a few episodes of the old show, but I always thought it was great. I'm looking forward to seeing the new one...
