I am making the announcment of my retirement as active CO of Nova Division, Engineering Corps.
I am not leaving, and the character will not disappear. I simply must cut back in order to do just that, to not disappear like I have for a while now. I will be back active, regular with my lower characters, cutting it down to 2 of those, and this character.
But enough of that: Nova Division will be gaining new command, I will stick as advisor or go where requested, to do anything helpfull. But Nova will hopefully go into the hands of an officer able to bring it to life, and unlike I at this time, can keep it that way.
I have expressed the want for only an experienced person to take over, but if it is not possible, anyone who has experience, with proper Academy certification (Captain rank or above for me) will be considered by me first, then I will send a list of people I have narrowed down to the rest of the High Command for thier approval.
PM me if you are curious, but if you don't meet whats is specified above, it would not be worth the time.

That is why I am doing it. I don't want to leave, become inactive , or be removed from my current postions. I considered it, and I for sure do not want to throw away the time I have spent here at Expansion.
I am keeping this character of course. I'll travel, retired things, maybe become an Ambassador/Advisor, whatever and whereever needed.

What of Admiral Madison? Is he retiring from Nova Command as well?

Yes. He unlike me I think is gone though, I am staying as 3-4 characters. I am cutting alot of them out and the running of a division so that I can get back to being an active/productive member here.
