Genesis 411 is the story of a Starbase and its fleet. The main baddies of the story are the alien race The Suunarda (Soun-ar-da). They steal alien races ships and integrate them into their fleet.

2 things. If you wish to head Shadowfleets Intel division you may. If you wish to start another one...you may. But, if it is associated with Starfleet let it be known right now that any Starfleet associated Intel group is ultimately answerable to SFI. If you go to the Intel board and speak with Sloan, he can set you up with a section. Good Luck.
