Expansion Fleet - Avalon Archive

OFF: Sorry for not posting but I was busy this weekend. For the current happening, I hoped for a normal departure from Station Avalon but it seems we have no helmsman. Could someone else take these duties upon them? Maybe Lucas Bailey:)?
BTW we are not at the station ALREADY!! :P. Read the post of the Loxians and read that they only see ONE ship!We were supposed to be in the nebula . Let's try to keep all the stories synchronised, therefor we have now reached the "Side" of the battlegroup, together with the Rivendell

*Rasmain sat in his chair, looking at the viewscreen. He had heared all the voices around him, from every corner there were reports and suggestions fired upon him and not to mention the stressfull sound of the red alert claxon. He had to act, but something inside him told his sensis to consider all the options and all manouvers......*

"Mr Nofftz, contact the Rivendell and tell them we will follow them towards Station Avalon. We will provide covering fire if we are in the position to do so, and ofcourse ask this in return!"

*Rasmain then swiftly turns to Balkazar*

"Fire at will! Try to make every salvo count!! We don't want to see torpedoes at the horizon but into the Loxian ships!"

*Rasmain then turns to the helm*

"Evasive manouvers Ensign! Try not to come into the weaponsrange of those Loxian destroyers! We will handle them later, with the help of Avalon."

OFF**Alright.....Let me explain.....Everyone is still on the bridge.....No one is on the battle bridge....Alright ?......We killed the 8 with the help of the MACOs that the newyork sent over.........so the bridge is far more safer then the battle bridge......

ON**As Balkazar works to get his station working again and trying to get weapons back online.....an Old friend from the rivendell materializes next to Balkazar.....*

Yes im still alive.....You wanted me dead!.....Darn compuers always trying to kill me! *then smiles at Orpheus threw the blood and sweat on Balkazars face*

Well.....Whatever assistance you could provide save from destroying this ship would be helpful.....But could you please try and get impulse back online?

*Balkazar goes and inserts new codes where he can since he has partial control back.....*

Also ORpheus it would help a ton if we could get the ship back under our control fully.......Is this possible ?

*He and Kowan follow Rasmain, after making sure that the device was thoroughly destroyed.*

OFF: Just stating somehow that the device is destroyed, as nobody responded to the fire command.

*Comm One sees more injured be brought in, the doctors doing their best to help them all, but sometimes still fail and have to declare some fine officers dead. Having control over the flagship would end the war, but officially the Loxians should be given the choice to surrender first. However, Comm One sees the many injured and dead bodies, and does not want any more to be added to it. He turns back to Kowan.*
"Access their weaponry systems, and target all their smaller fighters. Open fire. Initiate the auto-destruct sequence of the flagship."

*With the battle displayed on the Ares view screen commander malcolm notices the main ship heading towards avalon*

*thinking quickley the commander orders an increase in speed,trying to beat the ship to the station, it focuses all of its firepower on it*

*The prime commander stood at the bridge of the flagship and looked with disgust at the viewscreen, displaying the battle. Another officer approaches him.*
"Sir, the battle is not progressing exactly as planned. Half our fleet is disabled or destroyed, and this ship had suffered some damage too. Starfleet has apparently received some reinforcements of other ships."
Prime Commander: "Then repair the damage to our ship! Those ships that were destroyed, suffered this fate because they were obviously too weak! It is only what they deserved! We still have 88 operational ships, which is far more then what Starfleet has come up with."
"But prime commander, their ships are..."
Prime Commander: "I don't want to hear it! Activate the ship's engines, we're pushing through the lines to attack Avalon Station itself! Prepare teams to board the station. If we can criple their station, where their attacks are apparently being coordinated from, then they will be in chaos."
"But sir..."
Prime Commander: "DO IT!"
"Yes sir..."
*The large flagship begins moving closer to Avalon Station.*

OFF: by my calculations there are about 88 fully operational Loxian vessels in total, including the 2 very large ships.  There are about 12 ships damaged (including the flagship).  22 of the ships are disabled.

=^= Avalon Station to battle fleet =^=
This is flag admiral Vorak speaking. The Loxian fleet is now only 12 minutes away from the station. Their fleet consists 200 ships, of which some are as large or even larger then our own starships. Their strength is more then anticipated, so we will have to use strategy to win this battle. Avalon Station has raised its shields, and no beaming in or out can take place as of this moment. U.S.S. Skytoucher, I am aware that captain Skon is still on board the station, but there is no time now. Commander Rasmain will temporarily assume command of the ship. The Skytoucher will, together with the U.S.S. Rivendell, withdraw into the Expansion Nebula as discussed at the briefing. You will form the element of surprise. The U.S.S. Venture will stand ready at the frontline before the station. When the Tiberon arrives, it can take the rear of the Loxian fleet. When the Skytoucher and Rivendell appear out of the nebula, they can take either side of the Loxian fleet, at which point we will have surrounded them. Proceed to your positions, and... good luck.

The Doctor enters the bridge and reports in to Commander Rasmain.  "I will join you shortly in the Conference Room, Commander.  Sickbay is at your command."

OOC**Im not going to debt weather you had access or not the pure fact is.....Is that the device had a level 10 force field around it and there woulda been no way for you to have access...............If you read back on our last mission you woulda noticed that there was a level 10 force field put up around the loxian device......That device coulda been a bomb.....so we put a shield up over it and very few had access to it.....We dont leave everything lieing around for everyone to get there hands on ya know......Mere security guards wouldnt have access to the device neither.....Only the room......

But whats done is done............Next time I would think you would ask before entering to get a device or some such that we have obtained alright ?....So as vorak would say.........."Keep things credible...." ..........Thats all im asking is next time you ask permission before having access to a device or whatever .......

ON**I got weapons and shields up.....Nelvok.........For the time being I Think we are out of the fight..........Im not about to take this ship back in........

*Goes down and sits in the capts chair since he is so far the ranking officer and gets himself comfy and tends to getting repairs and such done.........*

*As Balkazar left his station another ensign came up and took it in his place.....*

Commander it si good to see you. All repairs are on schedule. Mr. Balkazar is in the armory and I am the only remaining senior officer.

OFF**Nofftz there is no reason to use the battle bridge yet.......So im confused as to what we are doing atm......and Nofftz something as well....Cool down ......You seem a lil more edgy then the rest of us and trying to make us go somewhere where we dont need to go yet......so take a chill pill alright ?....Dont worry the Loxians will die and we dont need to seperate even if we do have the battle bridge....

ON**Balkazar keeps working at his station when the turbo lift doors open and the the MACO start to open fire and kills 6 loxians as they all try coming out at the different turbo lifts to the bridge in the cross fire Balkazar shoots and kills 2.........but get his in the leg.....As the other remaining 2 comes in to finish there job.....a MACO member shoots rather fast and takes out the other 2......Balkazar gets up and takes his station again......*

*Gets reports from all ship stations*

Capt.....The shields are back up to 20%....We have minium Impulse.......The repair teams are beginning the repairs to get us outta here faster with impulse......

*More reports are coming in and Balkazar starts to name off what has happened and the status of the security and macos on how there doing.....*

Capt....the boarders have pushed the teams into security station gamma.....Another is reporting there holding there position and is pushing the loxians back......Holy......Another is reporting they have 2 men down and requesting a medic.......*Balkazar keeps naming off reports*

Capt im getting a message from one of the Newyorks......They are providing cover fire for us to escape to save the ship........They will provide fire and a tractor beam if needed as with more repair teams and security.......

*Wipes sweat from his forhead as he begins to get a slight fever from the wounds he has suffered..........but he keeps working and does what lil engineering he knows and gets underneath to try and get his station working more effectively*

*Rasmain was the first one who left the Conference Room followed by the rest of the senior staff*

"Mr Nofftz, please open a channel to Station Avalon and ask their permission to undock"

*Rasmain then turns to T'Pol*

"Miss T'Pol, please scan the Expansion Nebula and check the database so we know what we are dealing with in that huge cloud"

*Rasmain sits down in his chair and sees everyone taking his station. He never thought he would be commanding a ship into battle on his first "actual" command. He was well prepared by Captain Skon, but now he had all the responsibilities. Would he be up for it?*

*Balkazar takes a few minutes to make the minor modifications to the phaser banks*

*looks at rasmain*

Weapons are fully charged.......Sheilds look good.....Security standing bye.......Thats it from tactical........*enters his security code to get access to the status of the rest of the ship*.........

Commander........It seems we may need more Torpedoes........Ill have Lucas make sure that we are fully armed in that respect.......

Engineering says their 95% done down there........And the status of the rest of the ship signals green and redy to go.........

*Balkazar to Lucas*.............I need you to get down to the armory and make sure we are accounted witht eh full supply of torpedoes..........Make sure all weapon lockers are full as well............

*Balkazar out*

*Starts to think of an idea formulated in his head about an eleite security force*............*Balkazar then comes back to reality*

*works at his station in hopes that Rasmain didnt see him day dreaming in the middle of getting ready for action*

*Kowan begins pushing buttons again.*
"Starting override sequence 1... sequence 2... sequence 3... Initiated, all systems begin overriding now, it will take some minutes to override all of them."
*He pushes some more buttons, and a few minutes later he looks up again.*
"95% of the Loxian flagship systems are now in our control. I can input any commands you wish for their course and weapons."

(OFF: You can't change the codes, you no longer have control of the computer. But don't worry, you are getting help right now.)

A strange screeching sound comes over the comm line, and the Operations panel shows a new file in the computer labelled "Orpheus-0001"

Lt. Commander, do you have any orders for me?
And are you sure we can trust this Orpheus...

Sir,I must stress the fact that we are under attack. If we do not return fire we will certainly be destroyed.

OFF:With Captain Skon not available,Who is serving as Acting XO?

OFF: We are currently waiting for some other events to take place first, before the Loxians will arrive. It should not take very long any more, please check back often in this topic.

On another note, captain Skon has informed me that due to personal circumstances, he will not be able to post. He isn't sure if this is a temporary or permanent situation.
Therefore, the ship is currently without a captain (temporary or permanent). Therefore, would it be possible for Rasmain to take over command of the Skytoucher during this mission? If Rasmain prefers to remain XO, we can arrange that he is "acting captain" of the ship while remaining with the rank of commander, until either Skon returns or another captain is assigned. Please let me know.

Commander Rasmain,I agree with Commander Balkazar. We need to open fire. If we don't our shields will drop and we will be sitting ducks. (The bridge shakes and Nofftz console explodes,he flys out of his chair.) I'm fine Commander.

We just fired a volley of torpedos at the venture. I can't think why we would.....He pauses..........The device. Mr. Balkazar,get that thing off this ship now! Destroy it!

OFF:Rasmain,If you wish to have Balkazar stand down you have the right. I was just reacting as I would of if this were really happening.

*under pressure from teh battle Balkazar does as he orders and lays down cover fire for the Rivendell.........On teh veiw screen aboard the skytoucher The bridge crew sees several Salvos of Torpedoes full spread hurling themselves towards the battle group..........On contact the salvos does there expected damage..........Then phaser fire is seen on the screen Firing at all of the smaller ships within range........*

Sir Salvos disabled 3..........another ship is going critical on there engines from the torpedoes and 2 others destroyed..............*does a few more things at tactical and reports that 6 of teh smaller vessels were either destroyed or disabled.....*

*sparks fly from the stations behind tactical and Balkazar receives lvl 1 plasma burns on his arm*............

Sir,That screeching noise is the sound of our ship. The Loxians have done something. I don't think this device was meant for the Skyotucher computers.

*Balkazar arms himself with a phaser and gets back to tactical to keep up with his duty and firing weapons.....*

*thinks to himself....If we are going die mind as well go out fighting to the last*

*a few minutes later on sensors they pick up the newyork B heading there way and since sheilds were down The bridge and engineering came alive as Some heavily armed and armored MACO squads appeared along with engineering teams down in engineering appeared and started there work*

*the maco started to do transports to engineering of the skytoucher and all over the ship to help the security guards with repelling the boarders.....*

*A mild aged man came up to rasmain*

Aron:  We are here to help you with the defense of the skytoucher....my MACOs have been spread out all across the ship to help repel the baording parties and engineering has some more back up down there......We should have your shields up soon and impulse back on.....

Rasmain:  Thank you Aron.....Could you please assist in defending the bridge as well ?

*the MACOs that were with Aaron started to spread out and take up defensive positions all across the bridge and the decks below the bridge to ensure the bridges safety*

*The Loxian Prime Commander stands at the bridge, looking on the viewscreen at how the battle is progressing. Ships are firing and being fired upon all around his flagship, but it is clear that the Starfleet ships are suffering most damage. They are hopelessly outnumbered. The Prime Commander turns to his second-in-command.*
"Behold this battle. This is why we, the Loxian Government, are great, and people like Starfleet or the Loxian Exiles, are weak."
*At that moment, another officer informs the Prime Commander of an incoming hail from Avalon Station, stating that they want to know why the Loxians attack them, and that they prefer to talk instead of fight. The Prime Commander laughs.*
"Weaklings, that's what they are! Trying to get away with excuses of not knowing why we are attacking them. Open a channel to Avalon Station!"
*The other officer pushes some buttons.*
"Channel open, sir."
"Avalon Station, this is the Prime Commander of the Loxian Government fleet. We did not come all the way here with our fleet, spending our energy resources to fuel our ships and feed our men, just to talk to you! You know why we are here. You have captured some of our men, and we will not accept such an insult. For this insult, you will pay and suffer dearly. There is nothing to be talked about, except perhaps about how we will utterly wipe out your entire existance in the Delta Quadrant! Prepare to be destroyed!"
*Then he cuts the transmission. At that moment, the officer points his attention to the viewscreen, displaying the appearance of the U.S.S. Skytoucher.*
"Sensor readings match perfectly, sir! It is the ship that sent us the information from our spying device."
*The Prime Commander smiles.*
"Good, very good. They will be in for a surprise, when they find out how advanced our technology really is! Do you have the access codes of the Skytoucher?"
*The officer checks his panel.*
"I have them all right here, sir. All access codes of the ship as provided by the device. We can take full control over their ship at any time."
"Good. DO IT!"
*At that moment, the Skytoucher suddenly stops firing at Loxian ships, but remains hanging in space... The crew aboard the ship discovers that they are being locked out of all computer panels, no longer able to control any system of the ship.*
"Control of the ship has been tranferred to our ship, sir."
"Good. Now transmit orders to the ship's main computer, to come about and attack their own Starfleet ships instead! And set a self-destruct countdown for 10 minutes!"
*The officer puts the commands into his computer panel.*
"Aye sir, the ship is responding!"
*The Prime Commander turns back to the viewscreen, and sees how the Skytoucher opens fire on the U.S.S. Venture and U.S.S. Rivendell. Aboard the Skytoucher, the crew is entirely obvlious of what just happened, and hear a 10 minutes countdown of the ship's self-destruct sequence...*

*At that moment, two people suddenly materialize in sickbay. The few guards that remain there, immediately draw their phasers to keep the possible invaders under shot. However, they are surprised to see a Loxian accompanied by the Droid named Comm One. The Droid immediately lifts up a hand to the guards.*
"No not shoot us. We are here under immediate orders of admiral Vorak himself. We need access to the Loxian device that was stored here. It will enable us to regain access of this ship, as well as access of the Loxian flagship."
*The guards doubt for a moment, and then nod as they lead the way to the Loxian device.*

(Since i never left the bridge...)
Black hears Nofftz and go's to an engineering station. He rolls a chair over to another Console.

"Give me 2 minutes and i'll have the codes so encrypted a vulcan couldn't figure them. But i hope we get the Captain here soon. If we want to shut Self Destruct down his code needs to be entered."

(Hope thats right, 'Bout the Captain, May make it interesting.)

*As Balkazar sleeps he finds himself in a dream.........hes running along and as he runs past he sees faces he knows.........Faces he doesnt..........and faces he never even seen before...........yet he knows he must get somewhere but dont know where...........then after running what seemed like forever he spots his family..................he hears there screams.........he sees his mothers body lay on the ground dead.........but Balkazar cant do nothing for her.........he sister is resisting a man whos dragging her along to a tent ((Ill stop there))......his brother is being beaten.........but his father is standing there as if hes enjoying this............Balkazar cant do anything........but watch...........

*Outside on the bridge of the skytoucher Balkazar has a cold sweat.........then he wakes from his dream with a look of horror on his face.........*

Do not be alarmed Commander, the noise u heard earlier was to mask my transfer to the ships computer. I am attempting to deactive the self destruct sequence without being noticed.

Security Breach detected in science station 1. Damaged Gell packs. Console reported not locked.  Accessing.

Bypassing main computer core and accessing backup core. Activation complete.

Inputting deactivation codes.  You have limited access to the backup core.  Self destruct sequence paused. I cannot override further without being noticed.

*suddenly an alarm goes off on the bridge*

As numerous Loxian corvettes, cruisers, and destroyers surrounded and pummelled the Starfleet station and it's defenders, the U.S.S. Tiberon began spooling down it's warp drive to assist in the battle. A hail came through for all Starfleet units in the area:

=/\= This is Captain Karelia of the Starship Tiberon. Our ETA is 30 seconds. Hope you haven't started the party without us... =/\=

Moments later, the large Akira Class destroyer dropped out of subspace, passing mere meters from the bow of the heavily damaged Skytoucher and immediately began opening up all weapons banks on the Loxian vessels.

OFF: Aye Sir...LOL

OFF: The guards were addressed first, and they gave access to the device. It would seem logical that the guards of the device would be informed with the access code too. As for the access code of the device itself, Kowan is a Loxian so he already knew the access code.

Mr. Balkazar, have you located the falgship?

"Very well. Begin with the procedure to gain control over the Loxian flagship."
*Then he taps his commbadge.*
"Comm One to bridge. Take your stations and control over the ship. All functions have been properly restored. Comm One out."

OFF: I am able to take over command during this mission. I've been absent during the last few days, but I had a large project at school that needed my attention. No girl-project, a school project , for the wise-guys who read this . I am now on full duty!

*Rasmain entered the bridge and saw several engineers working on all different kind of systems. He was given a report by one of the lieutenants and saw that repairs and upgrades were going as planned. He returned the padd to the waiting lieutenant and wanted to search for the captain. He first tried his ready room, but there was no person present there. He then tried to locate him by the ships computer but he got no satisfying reply. Rasmain told himself that the captain probably was relaxing on station Avalon and decided he didn't want to disturb the man's deserved rest. Rasmain therefor sat down in his chair on the bridge and began his normal duties*

OFF: Thanks for the advice Balkazar. I  have been a little edgy. I geuss that I just like action and moving and the works. To answer your question about the battle bridge. The bridge has been overunned by Loxian terroists. I decided that since we are outnumberd we had better get out of there. I thought this was the best pkace to go.

ON: Allright sir now that we are safe I will go and....sparks explode from his Ops console....... I guess I will transfer Ops control to the XO station. He goes and sits down. Sheilds are holding,however we still don't control weapons and we only control impulse power.

*ships engage the aires...they start heading toward the skytoucher they take down our shields and now we are being borded.....*

*a couple of days pass and Balkazar wakes up......his leg is feeing better and the wounds have been healed up as much as possible but there is scaring on his face from what wasnt healed bye the dermal regenerator....he gets up and starts to walk around but his leg is sore so walking around is somewhat painful.....Once he had enough he went back to lay on his biobed........*

*sees the the commanding officers are still out and they seems to be in good order.......and Nofftz is asleep*

Status report............What has happened the past few days after the battle ?

Lt. Commander Balkazar I advise you to report o sickbay. Those burns are pretty bad.

*nelson wakes up and hearing people crying and yelling for help*

"where am i?!"

*he finnally notices hes in sickbay*

"i got to get back to the bridge!"

*nelson stands up and then feals light headed one of the nurses sees him and pushes him back onto the biobed*

Nurse: stay here you were injured on the bridge just stay here!

Nelvok: i need to get to the bridge im fine! you can go help out others that are more serious than me that would be the Logical thing to do.  This biobed i dont need it that guy over there needs it more than i do

Nurse: fine go just make sure the CMO doesnt see you

*Nelvok hops up and goes out the door with a Thank You mam to the nurse*

*Nelvok reaches the turbolift and gets in it*  "Bridge!"

*Nelvok reaches the bridge and the doors open noticing that the bridge is heavily damage but lighter than it was sinse he last seen it*

Nelvok: have we got power to our stations yet?!

Officer of the bridge: yep we dont know how but we did...everythings fully functional

*Nelvok goes to his station and notices that it has power to it*

"I have impulse! alright now where to go Commander *noticing that the captain was in sickbay and the next highest rank is the Commander*?"

*Enters*

"Sir, is there any way to use the jeffery toobs and shut the ship down,by bypassing the computer...???"

*At a steady speed, the Loxian Government fleet sets course toward the location of Avalon Station, unaware of the Klingon battleship hiding in their ion wake. On board the flagship, the largest of all, many Loxian officers are busily preparing for battle, as the Loxian Prime Commander stands on the bridge, waiting...*
Officer: "Prime Commander, we are arriving at Avalon Station!"
Prime Commander: "Put it on screen!"
*The viewscreen shows Avalon Station, in orbit around a planet nearby the vast Expansion Nebula.*
Prime Commander: "So the signals from the device of our spy did not lie. This is where our people are being held, no doubt! Kowan, Vakin, Varnek... We must find them, and silence them! Enough damage has been done, and it is time to avenge it! Signal all ships to drop out of warp!"
Officer: "Yes, prime commander!"
*In an instant, a large fleet of various different ships comes to full stop in front of Avalon Station...*
Prime Commander: "So it has come to it at last! Scan their defences!"
Officer: "The station's weapon and defence systems are armed and targetted, sir! Apart from the station, I can only scan one ship, right in front of it."
Prime Commander: "One ship, and one station... that's all? This will not be a long battle! Signal to the first squadron to line up in front of the station and their pity ship!"
Officer: "Aye, sir! Sending orders now!"
*Instantly, several smaller but still powerful ships form a line in front of the flagship, facing Avalon Station and the U.S.S. Venture. On board the bridge, the Prime Commander keeps looking at the viewscreen, when his second-in-command approaches him.*
"Prime Commander, may I remind you that we emptied the entire army system of Loxius, for just this cause alone? We could have handled it with far less ships, without having to leave our homeworld vulnerable."
Prime Commander: "Vulnerable for what? The Loxian Exiles? They are scared, hiding in that Cardassian station! *Meanwhile in sickbay, many wounded are brought in. More then the doctors can handle, even with the help of the EMH. The doors slide open and reveal two more injured patients... One is Nelvok, and the other is... commander Rasmain himself. An officer that accompanies the two injured patients, gets the attention of one of the nurses.*
"This is commander Rasmain and Mr. Nelvok! They were badly injured when the Loxian intruders threw a grenade into the bridge! They need immediate medical attention!"
*The nurse helps both Rasmain and Nelvok on a biobed and begins treating their wounds.*

OFF: this way the injury of Nelvok is confirmed, and also the absence of Rasmain (I'm sure he'll return soon).

*Comm One regards sickbay.*
"It appears that the battle has ended. Mr. Kowan, your timely assistance has enabled us to win this battle. I am certain that Starfleet will be most grateful to you. But one question remains. What must be done with the Loxian device?"

Nelson starts fireing back he doesnt hit anything but does cost the loxians their lives because they are trying to duck and cover while shooting....

Nelson gets materialized on the battle bridge and says "woooo" he then goes back to helm to see that he has 20% of impulse online...he can start moveing closer to the station to guard it or he can manuver out of the battle which should he do

*The Kahless fires a heavy barrage against the underside of the Loxian flag ship.*

"My lady, our weapons  have weakened the shielding.  Their hull is about to be breached."

"The fighters are responding.  All 8 ships have been eliminated.  6 of our fighters are destroyed,  3 severely damaged.  They are requesting further orders."

"Tell them that they fight well, and we will honour their comrades in our memories.  There will be many songs of this battle.  Their orders are to track down any damaged Loxian vessels and disable or destroy them!"

"Transmission sent captain."

*Just then the hull of the Loxian flag ship breaches.*

"Commander!  We are under attack by 30 small Loxian vessels.  What are your orders?"

"Let's lead them on a merry chase through their own lines!  Evasive manoeuvres."

*The Kahless shutters and shakes from several different impacts.*

"Taking evasive action."

*The ship weaves between the lines of the Loxian fleet.  Trying to avoid the enemies weapon fire, the helmsman takes the Kahless closer to the other Loxian ships.  Some of the Loxian vessels are hit by friendly fire, 10 are damaged, 6 are disabled and 12 small ships are destroyed.  On the bridge of the Kahless, panels are exploding and crewmen are tossed about and some are injured or killed.*

"My lady, we are taking some heavy damage.  Hull integrity is failing on 20 decks!"

"Evacuate those decks and revert power from them to the shields and weapons!  Get these dead ones off my bridge!  Helm, take us closer to the Loxian ships!  I don't care if we start bouncing off their shields!  Just do it!"

*Helm takes the ship even closer to the Loxian vessels.  The Kahless gets too close and bounces off the shields of one of the larger ships.  The impact sends the ship careening deeper into the Loxian fleet.  The ship that the Kahless bounced off of is pushed into a group of smaller ships.  There is an explosion as the ships collided, 35 are engulfed in the explosion—no survivors.*

OOC**I may want to point out that there is no way that Comm one NOR Kowan woulda had access to the loxian device........Last i knew only 3 ppl had access to it......Skon.....Rasmain.....and myself ..........So unless you got the code from me or them There is no way for you to do what you have just done ...........But Ill let it go this time .............But try and ask who has the codes to such a device next time lol........You woulda gotten alot of denied beeps if you didnt ask

Mr. Balkazar, can we activate forcefields in the turbolifts so we don't have the Loxians gaining control deck by deck? The turbolift door swosshes open and reavels a terroist with a concussion grenade.  The grenade rolls onto the bridge and lands right next to Balkazar. Nofftz tackles Balkazar to protect him from the blast. However the explosion power has been maginified a hundred times.The explosion lifted them up and knocked both of them over the tactical console and onto the hard deck. Are you alright commander Balkazar?

*Kowan pushes some more buttons. Suddenly, the computer's voice responds.*
Computer: "Auto-destruct sequence cancelled. All functions restored."
*Kowan turns to Comm One.*
"Ship controls have been restored, the bridge is now secured with forcefields."

The Venture moved about coming to the side of the Loxians. They fired Photon Torpedos at several of the smaller ships and phasers after disabling 5 and destroying 2. They did the best they could to come into the lines of the Loxians letting off Anti-Matter Mines.

*The Vor'Cha Kahless was monitoring the Loxian's communications.  When the order to open fire was given, KHa'Var was ready.*

"Open fire on all near by Loxian ships!"

"Opening fire, several ships have been hit captain."

*The Vor'Cha Kahless fires upon 10 different Loxian ships from under the Flagship.  2 of the ships are disabled by direct hits to their warp generators.  The other ships have damage ranging from major to minor damage.*

OFF: basically what happened is, in the previous mission, the device was activated. At that moment, it began transmitting its coordinates to the Loxian government, along with all crucial information of the ship such as access codes. That the device sent a transmission to Loxius was figured out, but it was unknown that it would send crucial data as well. I'm not sure what happened to the device afterwards, but I supposed that it was somehow shut down already. What matters is, though, that the Loxians already have the access codes and such, even if the device is no longer operational.

*Rasmain stood up from his chair and faced his crew*

"Good work Mr Nofftz, make sure that all weapons work and are reliable. We will be needing them in the near future!"

*Rasmain then turns to Balkazar*

"Yes Commander, please do. We can use all extra modifications that might help. But can you first tell me about the other ship's systems? In what condition are we?"

OOC**I think this is th eway it works.....We have no impulse and the newyork has tractor beamed us into the docking bay of the station......SO!........We will be getting all teh wounded off and transfered to the station and/or use the med bay on the ship altho i think the medbay needs to be fixed up a lil more so lets just start transfering bodies and wounded to the station.....so we can have a break for awhile.......But as for me........Well your about to see ....

*As the doctor scans him she starts naming off a few things to the nurse*

Nofftz awakens in sickbay. What is happening? He sees the red alert klaxon is not sounding so he knew that the battle was over.   He looks over and sees Balkazar over on the other end of sickbay. He gets up when the nurse is not looking, he walks over to him. Mr. Balkazar, how are you? After that concussion grenade exploded all I felt was a rush of energy and us flying over the console. After that I went black. Are skon and Rasmain in stable condition. I saw them lying in biobeds a couple minuets ago. Well, I guess I have to ask for the Damage Report. Being that I am now in command. Since my two superiors are unconsince.  A nurse attempts to coax him back to bed. I am not going anywhere Ensign. I am going to attend to my duties.

"I know that as a Loxian I shouldn't say this, but if I were you, I would destroy this device so nothing is left of it. Beam it into space and blow it up with a torpedo. That's the best advice I can give you."

*Comm One and Kowan leave sickbay, and shortly thereafter appear on the bridge, where Torrima was at tactical. The bridge was in a bad shape and only few people were there to man it. Only an ensign was currently in command. Comm One approaches him.*
"I will beam the Loxian device off this ship, and a torpedo will destroy it. It will be done momentarily."
*Then he turns to an ops panel that still works, and inputs all commands to beam the device into space. Moments later, the device disappears in sickbay and appears some distance in front of the Skytoucher. Then, Comm One turns to Torrima.*
"You may fire the torpedo when ready."

OFF: Assume we destoyed the device already.

ON: Why are we still firing? If the device has been on our ship gathering information it must have got our command codes. Commander Rasmain,I recommend we change the codes immediatley.

*The Prime Commander slams his fist on the chair arm.*
"Someone is tampering with our system! Get control back of the ship, NOW!"
*Suddenly, the Loxian flagship comes about to face its own smaller Loxian fighter ships, and opens fire... Instantly, 6 smaller fighters are destroyed. Next, a salvo of torpedoes is launched, destroying 4 more Loxian ships. No firepower is directed anywhere near the Starfleet vessels.*
Tactical officer: "Sir, we're destroying 10 of our own ships, and there's no way I can get access to any system at all... engines, weapons, shields... Not even the auto-destruct sequence!"
*The Prime Commander furiously gets up from his chair, pushes the tactical officer aside, and attempts to take control over the panel himself. But he too, is being locked out no matter what. At that moment, the flagship fires another salvo of torpedoes as well as disrupter fire, destroying 12 more ships.*

(Nofftz turns to face Rasmain) Sir,Avalon Station Has granted permission for us to undock. All department report ready for battle. Weapons ready,sheilds ready,warp core is online. Were as ready as will ever be.

*T'pol works her console for a moment and then turns to Rasmain.*

"The nebukla contains hih amounts of metaletic gases and gamma radiation there is also signs of photonic despersion pockets.We can expect problems with our shields and our weapons will be unpradictable, normally I would advice agains entering such a confusing spaciel anomoly."

*Balkazar wakes up and gets his final check up from the doctor and limps on out of sickbay and limps to the armory to check on things there and take stock of the torpedoes we have*

*Rasmain was standing in the turbolift which went up to the bridge. He had to remain in sickbay for a day after he had woken up, but he was sure that Commander Nofftz would be on the bridge. The turbolift stops and the doors slide open.*

*The ares just bairley beats the Flagship to the station, then it does an about face, facing head on with the flagship, the ares aims its weapons towards the flagship and begins to barrad (not sure if correct term) the flagship forcing it to find a different path to avalon...the flag ship still continues to bombard the ares,but the ship holds...*

*As balkazar was working a power conduit exploded from console and hits him in the arm with plasma burns but Balkazar keeps at his post......and some of the plasma got into the right side of his face and started to burn his Right side of his face pretty badly.....*

*Balkazar gets knocked over and starts to tell Nofftz to get off of me......After thanking him.....Balkazar starts activating force fields......*

Nofftz we got a problem in engineering the remaining loxians are trying to blow up engineering....I have activated a forcefield around the warp core and blocked access to some of the systems..............

OFF: Sorry for not posting,i've been busy with both school and my rpg...the next month or two is unknown,should be able to post regularly...

It's good to see your alright. As you know the device was controling our ship. There was a battle on the brdige. We managed to maintain it. About half an hour later a concussion grenade rolled onto the brdige. I jumped on Balkazar to protect him and I got knocked out cold. Over that time all I know is that the Loxian flagship was destroyed and the battle is over. Ultimatley I have taken command of the ship and computer controls. Repairs are progressing and Captain Skon is still in good condition. Computer, Recognize Lt. Commander Jesse Nofftz,Cheif Operations officer. Transfer command of the USS Skytoucher to Commander Rasmain. Authorazation Nofftzt529gamma1echo. Computer beeps and replies, USS Skytoucher now in command of Commander Rasmain. Nofftz looks over to Rasmain. I stand relived,Sir.

Im fine.....We took over the flag ship and the MACO swept the ship of any other loxians.....and the newyork reassembled and tractor beamed us to the station for repairs.....I think we are in good shape......Other then that we are alive......and the ship needs major repairs before shes space worthy again......

*the doctor starts to try and get the commander to lay down a little more but hes reluctant*

*calls for the doctor and whispers something into his ear*

*the doctor turns around and faces nofftz*

Doctor:  Commander I have the right to over rule your descision to continue to work when i dont think you are redy just yet......So go lay down or ill have to relieve you of duty

I need you to run the ship and make sure the engineers are doing there jobs and help them where needed......Then get to the lower decks and help with retrieveing any bodies from down there and search and rescue any who are alive.....

*The self-destruct timer was to be seen on almost every computerpanel on the bridge and noone was able to turn away from it. Rasmain was now standing besides the OPS console were Lt Commander Nofftz was working. Rasmain suddenly turned to Black*

"Mr Black, would you be able to disarm our weapons without computer acces? We cannot let the Loxians keep control over us and our weapons....."

*Rasmain then turned to Balkazar*

"Mr Balkazar, try to help Mr Black and if we don't succeed in stopping the self-destruct I want you to coordinate the manual release of the escape-pods! Let's say that we will begin evacuation 4 minutes before destruction. But tell everyone to be alert because they don't have all time to get to their pods...."

*The Skytoucher was acting upon orders from the Loxians and it therefor made another turn and headed for the USS Rivendell and Venture. Several salvo's were fired and had an imediate impact. The two ships returned fire and the Skytoucher shivered again. Several consoles blew and sparks were flying around the bridge*

"Mr Black and Balkazar! You know what to do, dismissed! Now Mr Nofftz, what was that strange sound we heared a couple of minutes ago?"

OFF: That's ok Nelvok, then take the helm . It's no order, also not to you Torrima, you can both take the helm and help each other . But maybe someone of you wanted to perform those duties, it was merely a question .

Sir,The Loxians are beginning there attack. (The ship jerks again and again.) Minimal Damage, recommend we commence firing.

*Was still figuring out what had just happend*

"Mr Black, you won't succeed with encrypting those codes. The Loxians have already gain control of this ship, we therefor must try to disable the weapons systems. We are now damaging our own forces and destroying the only chance on succes......*at that moment Rasmain and everyone on the bridge could hear a strange screeching sound*..Mr Nofftz, may I know what that was? It didn't sound like a hail to me!"

OFF: Mr Torrima/ Nelvok, Admiral Montrell informed me that he assigned two people to the helm aboard this ship. But as you are now both active, could one of you take the Science Station?. Lieutenant Tpol has informed us that she will be unavailable for some time and a science officer would be handy in this mission

Nofftz is sitting in the command chair silently. He looks over at a young ensign at the helm. "So young and wanting to see action." He thought as he sat.

Captain, My men are on their position.

*Balkazar enters the bridge as the rest of the crew is leaving*

Security reasons is all comm one......Kowan helped us yes but he may be a danger none the less Plus im not going to have the 2 higher ranking officers go to cargo bay alone with a Loxian...........

*Turns to Rasmain*

Dont worry I may join you later but for right now I think it would be best if i just stayed on the bridge and slept for a few days..........After all It pains me to walk and Ive always wanted to sleep in the captians chair.......

Sir,I recommend we attempt to locate survuvors from damged or destroyed ships.

*The Loxian flagship continues firing upon its own Loxian ships. One by one, they are disabled or destroyed... The Prime Commander looks at the viewscreen in despair.*¨
"Has anyone been able to regain control over their station yet? ANYONE?"
*But everyone answers negative. There seems to be no way to regain control over the ship.*
Computer: "Two minutes to auto-destruct."
*The Prime Commander cries out in rage.*
"It must have been the Loxian spy device on that ship! SOMEONE must have decided to use it against us, and betrayed us!"
*While out in space, more and more Loxian ships get destroyed, if not by the flagship then by Starfleet, the Prime Commander's second in command approaches him.*
"Sir, we must abandon the ship. It is going to explode in less then two minutes, and if we remain here we will all be killed. It is impossible to regain control over the ship in less time than that."
*The Prime Commander sighs in defeat.*
"You are right... How many ships of us are left intact?"
*Another officer pushes some buttons on his panel.*
"Umm... only 12... no, make that 11... No, just 10 now... In fact..."
*The Prime Commander stops him.*
"I get the idea! We're lost! The entire Loxian fleet is destroyed, and all we can do is save ourselves and limp back home!"
*Then he turns to his second in command.*
"Find the Loxian ship in the best shape available still. We will beam over there and make our escape."
*The second-in-command nods, pushes some buttons and locates one of the ships.*
"The one over there in the rear wing, sir. It is one of the few ships left sustaining minimum damage. Shall I announce the other ships to retreat as well?"
*The Prime Commander gives him a stern look.*
"No! They will not know of our escape. They will continue fighting to the death!"
"But..."
"THAT is my decision!"
Computer: "One minute to auto-destruct."
"We're running out of time, we have to go!"
*Suddenly, some of the other bridge officers jump up.*
"Sir, aren't we to come with you and beam over to that one Loxian fighter?"
*The Prime Commander looks around with a grim smile.*
"There just isn't enough space on one fighter, for all the people on this ship. But you will have the honour to die in the line of duty to your Loxian Government."
*The officers want to jump up in protest, but the Prime Commander swiftly takes his disrupter weapon, and fires upon them. Then he nods at his second-in-command.*
"Time to go now, there's nothing left here for us, but the taste of defeat."
*They leave the bridge and head to the transporter room. Soon thereafter, they beam over to the Loxian fighter... As the battle goes on in space, the flagship destroying the last remaining Loxian fighters, one of the fighters retreats and goes to warp, back to the Loxian homeworld, but everyone else is too busy with the battle to notice it. The last surviving Loxian ships fire in despair on the Starfleet vessels, but they are now hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned... And then the final moment happens... The Loxian flagship violently explodes, destroying two more Loxian fighters in the shockwave, and space is filled with debris. Only two small and heavily damaged Loxian fighters remain... facing the fleet of Starfleet ships in a much better shape... There is no winning this battle, and the two Loxian fighters soon realise this... Instead of fighting on against their enemy, they admit in defeat and set course toward each other... In a matter of moments, they collide with each other and both explode... Only debris is left, no Loxians survivors... An entire fleet is obliterated, thousands of Loxians are killed. But the battle is over...*

OFF: don't go after the one escaped Loxian fighter, the idea is that nobody noticed it... They won't form a threat any more anyway, but they need to be able to return to their homeworld for another different, future storyline.

Mr Nelvok take your station and stay with the rivendell........Stay on her tail and ill take care of the rest........

*Balkazar fires another full volley and destroys 2 more loxian ships.......Then a few seconds later all phaser banks go off........3 of the fighter class ships that were heading for the rivendell were destroyed....*
