Ehmmr captain...may I have a moment...there is something that I can't understand...we are producing a stream of radation for 2 ships...but I can only read one...and that's us.
A cloacked ship isn't there either or they have got a new system...maybe it's something with the engines?

Captain...Now I am sure...There was somebody who downloaded files from our computer. He was smart, he erased his trail, but he was to greedy, and opend one file to much.

I think he is on the run captain....are we going to take extra measures?

Umm sir .. the err cube ..it's umm well .. it disappeard..i cant find any trace of it on sensors.  Engines Disengaged

OFF: can someone write out the plans for this mission from this point, in the "mission planning" forum? I need to know for the reason that Admiral Vorak is currently on Keyhole Base of the Corporation and needs to get back to Avalon to introduce the Corporation to the Expansion HQ. But since the Corp. has no ship available, most likely the Skytoucher is the closest one to pick up Vorak, but I dont want to interrupt this current mission either so if I know what is going to happen here, I can perhaps somehow fit it in.

- weapons are function in normal parameters
- we have taken a strategic place in the Nebula, but incase we are attacked we have multiple ways for escaping.

Sir, there is something going on in this nebula.....
I can't figure out exactly, but I am picking up a lot of echo's, that could indicate enemy ships of some sort.
I recommend a sensor sweep of these coordinates.

Yup sure thing, i'll get right on those scans now.  

*does a few scans* hmm how odd ...

Might i add that the scanning systems appear to be malfunctioning but for why since they where working a sec ago....otherwise if ther enot then umm, i dont think ya wanna know what is in that, heck not even i can be sure..but something very odd is happening in that nebula that isnt in any of our databases.

The Solinor passed beside the SkyToucher and increased speed. It was like if the Solinor was flying in a particular direction.*

I have an alternative to a shuttle craft.  If we modify a probe to record everthing while we are picking up the Admiral, we can pick it up when we come back.  The probe would be less detectable then a shuttle and we wouldn't need to leave behind a crewmember in a crampt shuttle for hours either.

Ok everyone. It seems to me that we have lost sight of our mission. I will restate it:

Scan the Nebula and explore the:

- the sort of storms (as it seems similar to the Cardassian Badlands)
- possible strategic places to hide from sensors
- possible lifeforms that live inside the nebula
- possible ways to enhance shields to be more resistant against the nebula storms
- possible planets in the nebula, and their atmosphere
- locations that are free from storms inside the nebula

Mr. Harper, Mr. Goransson I want you two to work together and do this. Utilize as many crewmen as you need.

With all due respect sir, I don't think leaving a couple of shuttles behind would be a good idea.  Any number of things could go wrong with that.  First of all, we don't know much about this nebula, and secondly  they would be easy pickings for any hostile aliens or life forms.

I cannot find anything wrong with the scanners.  Maybe it was just the radiation though.  I have never seen the radiation to affect the controls so much that a whole ship was seen.

Greetings captain, commander,

I hereby announce you the first mission you will be sent upon.  As you know, this station is located at the border of the nebula. Only at the other side of the nebula, space is known to us. On this side, space is unknown so we do not know which peril lay before us.  However, in times of trouble or haste, the nebula itself may prove strategically useful.
For one, we already know about this large and wide nebula that it is difficult to penetrate and can only be done with raised shields. Secondly, we know that subspace communications cannot penetrate this nebula.

Your task is to enter this nebula with the USS Skytoucher, and try to map everything inside:
- the sort of storms (as it seems similar to the Cardassian Badlands)
- possible strategic places to hide from sensors
- possible lifeforms that live inside the nebula
- possible ways to enhance shields to be more resistant against the nebula storms
- possible planets in the nebula, and their atmosphere
- locations that are free from storms inside the nebula

It need not be said that this is a pure scientific mission, of course.

You may proceed as soon as all your crewmembers have reported in and are ready for departure. Request permission to undock at Avalon Station Ops first, before you depart. Good luck.

Excuse me. When I was a CO for that keldon-class ship back in the old days, we where often forced to be in the Badlands, and then, it made us make some... Adjustments on shields. We got a shielöd frekvense that allowed us to run basicly however we wanted in there.

Yes they do sir. I have taken the liberty of scanning the Borg vessel. You will want to hit them here in the central plexus. It keeps them connected together. I read Voyagers database and here are some phaser modifications that will allow you to fire at most 25 shots.
