New Orleans: Going after a romulan renegade(aka Romulin Coalition-RC)fleet. away from station.(most likely setup as a decoy)
Sequoia & Tiberion:Defending the station.Originally, they were on other assignments, but then a "group" of RC ships de-cloaked near DS12,totally suprising them,(thats how i heard it),so both ships are to defend it, but i personally feel that 2 vs. the RC group,isnt equal,and need help.

2.) or Warp 9, 100% shields and 90% weapons
3.) or Warp 9, 100% weapons and 90% shields
4.) or we drop to Warp 8.7, and get 100% for both weapons and shields

FLicks the controls override switches on. "Sir i will have you warp nine in just a few seconds but i will need to overide the failsafes and engerrining will need to moniter the core closely while were at this speed"
The ship excellerates in to warp. Light sreaming away in to lines. My computer screen readout indicates the rapid excelleration of the ship and reads warp 8. "We have warp 8 sir continuing to accelerate." Warp 8.5, 8.7, 8.8, 8.94. "I cant get here any faster than Warp 8.94 sir. I will try and increase that but it may overload the core."

Starfleet Regulations state that an officer placed in nominal command of a vessel must retain/keep command until relieved by the commander of official Starfleet record. Anyone other than the commander of record will be subject to immediate court-martial should they attempt to exercise command of said vessel/commander.
Order 104, Section B: Starfleet order which establishes chain of command. Allows a superior officer to assume command of a Starship when its Captain is absent.
