Walking in from the turbo lift I walk to the Chief Engineers office. Computer *it Bleeps* run a level 10 diagnostic on the Engines. The Enginneering station on the bridge says they arfe working perfectly and Engines never work that well.
Five hours later I have the answer, leading an Engineering squad I quickly make my way to sector 13 of the port Warp Nacelle after powering down the the Warp Engines. I fix the fault in about 20 minutes.
