"Vulcan tea, please."

Taurik takes his tea from the Admiral and sit down. They then begin to discuss the details of the mission, the attack on DS20, the encounters with Q, and the torture Taurik was put through.

"In fact, Mr. Q is still aboard the Rivendell. We have managed to get him to 'behave'."

"Welcome, Mr. Vurak. I assure you, you have not interrupted any important topics of discussion. Have you, by chance, had any encounters with a being named Q?"

"I share your concern as to the safety of the Evolution, Commander..."

Taurik sees the very ship they are discussing fly past the office window.

"... but I am certain they will arrive safely. If you will excuse me, I would like to talk to Captain Sanchez. No doubt he will be in the Celtic Corner soon. I will give you my full report tomorrow morning, sir."

Taurik gives the Admiral a look of respectful acknowledgement and turns to leave his office.

Captain Taurik walks into Admiral Montrell's office and adresses the Admiral at the desk.

"Admiral, I assune you will want my debriefing on the Rivendell's first mission?"

*Montrell looked surprised*

"Behave?? Haha...I'm sorry Captain but that is something which I can hardly understand. But tell me, why did he visit your ship? Or was he just bored and interested in our newest ship?"

OFF: Montrell currently can't post for this entire week since he's on holidays and can't come online. I don't know if there was anything planned or agreed already, but if you have something in mind, just let me know so we can continue from there, and I'll post for Montrell if necessary.

Off: Maybe a re-union of the two mighty ships of the U.S.S. Evolution and The Rivendell. They have a mixed bag of different crew from those ships currently. A strong history the both of them. Why not a bit of a Q adventure involving the both of them. How about the mystery of what happenned to Vurak Spock and his last encounter with the N'ygat. The energy feeders. That IS a mystery of it's own right. It should basically be in the records by now. According to Mission Six (U.S.S. EVolution), Vurak mysteriously left the ship to use himself as a sacrifice to try to save his ship from certain destruction by acting as a energy source. Strangely though, He returned to the ship safe and sound. The creature was going to devour him to his doom. Captain former Commander Taurik realized earlier but was too late that Vurak took that specific shuttle number #8 to lure the creature away as bait. It was not clearly STATED how he was saved?? Perhaps a connection. He currently has been working on trying to use of shielding or a warp propulsion system to either escape the creature or using the shielding as a blocking mechanism to discourage the N'ygat from coming to the ship and devouring it's energy or perhaps using a huge energy burst to try to lure the N'ygat from the ship by making it go to the other "energy" form instead as a method of escape. These are some ideas I was thinking about. Q can be used as a catalyst to the whole adventure. he he. It's your call on how you wish to proceed unless you have plans already. Thanks for your time.

Back to the story,

I was only inquiring on the fate of the Crew of the Evolution Captain Taurik and Admiral Montrell. I have not heard a word of their fate or their current situation. Rumors are abounds about them being captured during a mission call to the U.S.S. Skytoucher and have been ambushed by Loxians. I only want to be with my crew. I am sure that ship is a mess. The warp core has been having lapses and I wanted to check on  that condition...................ever since the N'ygat encounter in the Singularity Network. I have been trying to come up with different ways to try to counter that creature that eats  energy.....I have had strange encounters with them......Very illogically frankly, but strangely void..I don't remember all the detail of my experience. I am sorry. I say too much. (Silenced for a second as he returns to his vulcan composure.) Logically speaking. I am only wishing to understand what is happenning from your mouths perhaps you Captain Taurik has heard something or you Admiral Montrell........

(I am not sure if you are bring Admiral Vorak into this. he he. )

OFF: I'm sure those ideas will be very useful

OFF: oh, did the Rivendell return already? Wb Montrell will help you out here asap (since I'm on Solaris station right now)

"As of yet, we have not determined why he came to the Rivendell."

OFF: ok, then we'll need new ideas for a next mission for the Rivendell. Have anything in mind?

Off: Well, As always. It's really up to the one who tells the tales. I play it by ear and react when the time is needed according to how the story is run. I will weave the best I can according to the circumstance dealt with me. It could be quite interesting. They are only ideas I let out. lol. I do appreciate you considering the ideas. That's an honor in it's own right. Thank you very much.

And off the Celtic Corner.

I will take my leave then Admiral Montrell and Captain Taurik. Live long and Prosper to both of you.

(He departs heading straight to the meeting place designated at the Well known Celtic Corner.)

Admiral Montrell turns around and sees Captain Taurik standing in front of his desk.

"Ah Captain Taurik, welcome back . I wasn't yet told about your arrival so please forgive me for not being prepared for you. Please do take a seat."

Montrell stands up and walks up to the replicator

"Coffee, hot....*Montrell turns to Taurik* Interested in a drink Captain?"

(As he approaches Admiral Montrell's office. He hears conversation concerning the Rivendell. He approaches the door very quietly knowing full well that interuptions  like this would throw him in the brig or get him demoted. Eek. But he NEEDS to know of the fate of his crew on the Evolution even against his OWN Vulcan Instincts. He quietly knocks on the door.......)

I am VERY sorry to interupt. This is very unlike me to do this, but I need to speak to both of you on the fate of the U.S.S. Evolution, but I can wait to see you another day if you wish. (He looks a little perturbed at his interuption of the current debriefing.) I am only requesting permission to speak when I am able to both you Admiral Montrell and to you Captain Taurik. I can await outside or come back another time. Please excuse my abrupt rudeness. My apologies. I will take responsibity for my rudeness.

(He steps back as he is about ready to leave on command outside the doorway or await arrest of interupting a debriefing.)

Off: Sorry guys, This seems to be the most logical way to roleplay my way back to where I need to be. I got the sense Captain Sanchez is nearing Avalon station anyway from his last post on Evolution Post. LOL. Thanks again.)

(OFF: We didn't have anything planned, this was just a standard debriefing.)

OFF: this might be a good opportunity for Vurak Spock to join Taurik in Celtic Corner too, so Sanchez will meet him there

OFF 2: the idea for a next storyline is good. But it's important that, after a short stay at Avalon, the Evolution will be called to head for Starphoenix Base at maximum speed. The base will be under attack by - you guessed it - the Na'jigat too. The Evolution is about the only ship so far that has dealt with the Na'jigat more than once before, and came out of it alive. It is meant to be a quite heavy battle, and the ASC Revox (of the Delta Alliance) will join too. Perhaps both stories could be interwoven?
