OFF: the infection has finally caught Vorak as well, though he is still on the USS Lhasa. Read the recent posts in the "Dark Passage" forum of the Expansion Sector board, in the USS Lhasa topic. The USS Evolution will arrange an urgent transport back of Vorak to the station so you can expect him to join soon
