Yes indeed it would. You know, I find the species, as you might say, fascinating. I probably know almost all the relevant facts about the species as we have. And, with your approval I would try to make "second" contact with them.
Greetings, Mr. Montrell. Mr. Hedford just informed me the JAG department is ready, so you may take your belongings in there if you wish.
Captain Ramius, you will certainly receive your mission soon. I wish you good luck.
Indeed it is Admiral Vorak. Maybe the spirit power you wield

has better plans that we yet know of
I know a better idea, something that is foolproof. We beam all of the tribbles out in space. Then I garantie you that they wont do something again.
I Concur .. Untillwe have mapped out this area and section of Space .. sending em to another planet may end up being more detromental to our relations in this sector then the tribbles themselves.
I agree to stack em in the Cargo bay. Also why not let this Ferengi person all the tribbles he wants, after all he is willing to take them and we certainly dont want them.
Indeed we did not ask for those Tribbles. Yet, that does not give us legal right to interfere with other cultures or species. They must not pay for our problems. We must solve the problem, not give it to someone else. That would be neglecting responsibility.
But I do believe that negotiationg with the Ferengi trader is a good alternative.
Fleet Admiral Vorak leaves his office and enters the station Ops. People are still arriving, the sound of the transporter beam echoes everywhere. Transport ships appear out of the nebula and take orbit around the station, beam over the assigned officers and return to the nebula.
The two ships that Starfleet assigned for this project are already docked, inside the station: the USS Skytoucher and USS Evolution.
Admiral Vorak watched the viewscreen and the stars on it. This was certainly unknown space, nothing known about it yet. No idea of what they will find there: allies? enemies? scientific new discoveries? or nothing?
"Mr. Julian, Mr. Strider and Mr. Hedford, report to your stations in Ops please. You must assist me in coordinating the transport of all our new officers to their correct posts, or departments."
Greetings, Captain Ramius. It has indeed been 5 years, 4 months and 22 days since we have last spoken. Your good service has made me request Starfleet to transfer you to my fleet. Do you wish to be beamed over to your ship now?
Welcome, Mr. Hedford and Mr. Strider. You may take your stations, many people must be transported now.
Also make sure that the chiefs of the departments on this station (tactical, science, engineering, ...) report in and make their department ready for use.
It would certainly be interesting to make first contact with them. But for as far as we know, there is no Hirogen presence in this sector. Which does not mean, of course, that it is impossible we find their presence some day sooner or later.
Yes. There is no impossibility. Well, I´d beter go to my ship. I assume you aill inform me of the ships mission later?
Will do sir. now what is there to report so far??
*Was standing behind some officers and was looking for Admiral Vorak*
Hello Admiral, permission to come aboard and serve under your command.
*Enters ops from turbolift*
Hello, Admiral Vorak *Salutes* It will be a pleasure to serve under you!
Yes Sir, will do.
*hondreds of tribbles were transported out of Admiral Voraks room*
They are now in the main cargobay. Should we put all of them in that bay Admirals, it's the biggest one.
Mr. Mannion, we just arrived in this area of space. This area is not mapped yet, and therefore we do not know how close, or far, the nearest inhabitable planet is.
Yes Admiral, all the Tribbels will be send to the Cargo Bay .
*walks to a console*
I agree with Mr. Geordi, we should open negotiations with the Ferengi trader.
If we put the Tribbles on a planet, even if this planet is suitable for them and not too far away, we may bring the planet's nature state off-balance, as well as for its possible inhabitants. That would be a direct violation of the Prime Directive.
Let me know when the negotiations with the Ferengi trader are finished and report me the result. I will be at my ready room.
*wanders off*
Yes admiral beaming the tribbles to holodeck 3.
What kinda program is it admiral?
Then a console started to sound. Major Hedford walked to see what it was, he had hard toi belive his eyes.
"Admiral... I think that Hirohito are burning Tribbles on holoedck 2...*
(lolol)
Julian to mr Hirohito, please stop that immediately for you know that is murder, you can be put up for charges by the other tribbles you know (joking) lol. but seriously you must stop it, we must find some other way to solve the problem.
*The CO for USS Evolution entered the bridge. And walked straight to Vorak.*
Hello admiral, It was a long time ago, wasen´t it?
Well, there was actually one thing I wanted to ask you admiral. I have read Voyagers loggs and I have seen that there is many hostile species in this quadrant, one of them are the Hirogens, what do you think about them admiral?
*walkes into the OPS centre*
Hello Admiral Vorak, long time no see.
The last time was...... d*mn were did we last meet?
Well I am reporting for duty and I am happy to have this assignment.
Welcome, Vice-Admiral. Ops and the station is yours to command now. Report to me if there is anything important.
Yes Admiral, I will go to my office.
*Walks in*
Greetings Admiral Vorak.
Permission to come aboard sir and serve under you command once more.
Of course admiral. After aprooval from the president of course. We are kind of like S31 you see. But contact him, he will probably aroove but we have our rules you know...
Ok admiral.
Now I don´t give a d*mn what the late captain Kirk should have doine and not done. I think it is a bad idea to have those creatures here. Put them in escape pods and eject them to nearest habitable planet then!
First of all, I´m not vulcan, witch I am proud of. Second *A bunch of tribbles falls over him*. Second, sure it may be that thise devils are qute, but soon I gonna make something horrible against them!!
*Walks out with anger*
Actually Admiral, in this case the Prime Directive WOULD NOT apply. We never asked for this...it was thrust upon us. Therefore the Prime Directive does not apply.
It is a nice naure/forest program it has alot of room for the tribbles to run around in.
Admiral Vorak:
I know this will be costly but i have a sugestion, if i may, i would like to take a shuttle craft dsown to the planet. we can build a holodeck there and cloak it, then we could send the tribbles there.
excuse me gentlemen. *walks out of Ops heading for Sickbay*
*walked out of the turbolift and saw Admiral Vorak speaking to a captain*
I will wait here and will speak Admiral Vorak when he is finished.
*walkes around*
This is very different then the other stations I have seen
The prints I've studied said that this station has to be enormous, well it is when you look at it from the outside.
The Hirogen are an instinctive race, basically thriving on hunt and prey. Certainly a most illogical race, and proven to be dangerous. But it would be a big establishment if we may make peaceful contact with them, one day.
*walkes towards his console*
Admiral half of the transports are ready now, but supplies are still to be transported. The transporter on the supplyship has to be repared.
The rooms for the the chiefs of the departments on this station (tactical, science, engineering, ...) are ready for use.
Julian reporting here.
Nothing as yet to report Mr. Julian, all operations are running smoothly so far.
*Agent mannion walked in straight to admiral Vorak.*
Hello admiral. *Salutes.* I FSS-agent Mannion. I and my conterpart Mannion have been sent here to make sure that the security are working and find out potential sabotuers.
Permission granted, Commodore Detrell, and welcome aboard the station. You may take your station at your department.
Mr. Zack Mannion, I believe it is not necessary for me to bother the President with these matters. As I said before, you may perform your activities, all I ask is a report on a regular base of your activities and their results.
Thank you.
I will retreat to my office now, if someone could be so kind to beam all the present Tribbles inside there out of it?
That may very well be logical, but it is also inhuman. Captain Kirk wouldn't even consider that. I cannot concur. Beam them to the Cargo Bay until something can be done Major.
Tempted as you may be, it would be wise perhaps to refrain to meditating and control your emotions as us Vulcans.
I comcur with Mr. Strider. Over here we will need all the help we can get.
Who will maintain this Holodeck down there and prevent it from being discoverd accidentally by a species that dosent have such Technology. And will there be Unlimited Space in this holodeck for the tribbles to live in.
Sounds to me like a lot fo work that could be avoided by merly opening negotions with the Ferengi
Send security team to holodeck 2 and stop Mr. Hirohito from killing the Tribbles.
*steps into the room and gives Vorak the Vulcan Ta'al*
Greetings Gentlemen, how may I be of service?
*Enters Ops*
Hello, Admirals. Major. How are you Admiral Vorak? I was just wondering what our first mission was gonna be?
Greetings Captain O Scott. Stand by for your mission details. We are currently beaming all officers on their assigned ships, and once that is done so, I will announce you the details of your first mission.
Admiral Nocturnus, permission granted. It is most interesting that our paths meet again.
Mr. Zack Mannion, you are welcome to operate in my fleet as need be, for I believe that security is indeed very important. You may transfer yourself to one of our ships, or stay on the station, if you wish, as long as you do not interfere with the officer's duties if not necessary. I would like to have a regular report on your activities in my Fleet, however.
Come on admiral! Right now I am WHERY tempted to give the litle devils to that orion coock of yours...
i think it is time to solve our tribble problem.
=A=Computer=A=
*beep*
=A=Activate Holodec 3 and launch personal file alpha julian beta 1.=A=
*achknowledged*
*program loaded, enter when ready*
Major Hedford, please beam all the tribbles in the station to holodeck 3.
well at least this will buy us some time.
Hello gentlemen. I am the newly assigned XO of the station and also your counselor.
Ok nice going mr Hirohito but show time is over.
*Security team to Holodeck 2, please*
*Yes sir, it sounded on the screen*
