Mr. Black is currently working on the damage, but all key ship's systems were damaged. As you said, it is remarkable that the ship survived. Frankly, without the help of the Galifreyens, I do not believe we would have.

As for Captain Burma, he has chosen to remain on Vontak Nor to help the Loxian exiles. After General Zentox was killed by the Loxian government assassins, the people turned to Burma to lead them. Since he has...emmm...returned from the dead, they appear to look on him as their messiah.

OFF: Thanks for the promotion. As for the trial, looks like Love has volunteered to play Vakin. That works for me.

On: Sir, I do not know what to say except thank you. I shall attempt to do the best that I can in my new post.

As for first officer, we have that and many other promotions to deal with on the Skytoucher. I will have recommendations ready within the next few days.

Also, I suggest that we need to deal with the Loxian spies we have captured. Perhaps they should be put on trial for their illegal acts. The Doctor seems to have uncovered an alien device in our Sickbay. It may be something that the Loxians used to sabotage the Skytoucher.

*Skon looks sideways, avoiding the Admiral's gaze. *

By the way, sir, who was that woman who intercepted the press for me in the docking bay? I owe her my thanks. She was...impressive.

*Skon steps off the turbolift and heads to the Admiral's office. While he's waiting, he contacts his ship to inform the crew about the party in Celtic Corner. He also responds to a message he had from the Doctor. *

*Follows Montrell into his office and hands him a PADD.*

Sir, I believe you know most of the details of our mission...so I will make this report as short as possible. We have returned from Vontak Nor. Our mission...to relocate the Loxian exiles...was successful. But, we were attacked by a Loxian fleet during the mission and heavily damaged. Cpatain Burma was lost during that encounter, but he later returned and attempted to prevent the assassination of General Zentox. He is now on Vontak Nor helping the Loxian exiles establish their new colony.

A Q helped us return to the station. I do not know her name, but she did help us.

Now, the Doctor has discovered an alien device aboard our ship...Logic would suggest that it is a Loxian device that was planted by one of their spies...we captured three of them. I should know more as soon as I can get back to the ship.

I apologize for interrupting your debrief with admiral montrell.....But the 3 assassins are in the brig right now.....Vakin is seperated from his friends and they are all in seperate cells so they dont try and kill each other......and i think one of the darn loxian assassin bit me while i was tryingto shackle him.....im heading to the ships med bay to get my hand fixed.....Cya at the party commander.....

Montrell sat down in his chair as Commander Skon was telling him about his last mission. Montrell was holding the PADD and opened the content.

"I must say that I am impressed by your actions Commander. You have turned numerous difficult situations to your hand and have been an excellent replacement of Captain Burma while he was missing. But you said he returned? Will he also return to Avalon or will he be staying onboard Vontak Nor?"

Montrell looked upon Skon and then went back to the PADD and read on.

"Is there already an indication about the damage done by the Loxians? According to this report you have had quite a beating, and luckily survived."

OFF: there's still the trial between Skon and Vakin that needs to take place at JAG. I won't be able to post, however, for the entire month of august and this month I won't have the time any more either, so someone else has to post for Vakin. I'm currently posting for Montrell for a few days, because he's on vacation. But he should be back by the beginning of august, which is important since he's the CO of the JAG department and therefore would lead the JAG hearing. Any ideas?

OFF: Skon, no problem. Just post in the JAG forum whenever you get back. Montrell himself is currently on vacation still too, so the trial won't start until he's actually back. I'll inform him about it so he knows what's going on.

Paris Love: just create a character "Vakin" as he's not registered on this board yet. Though you would do best to actually read the entire mission of the Skytoucher to get a better idea on Vakin's account, I'll already give you an overview.
Vakin was the XO of Zentox' ship (Zentox is the Loxian exile captain that died on Vontak Nor), and for long Zentox had trusted him, obviously judging him wrong as he has been a spy for the government all this time. Vakin often appeared a little clumsy and with a bit of low self esteem, trying to cover his true intentions as a spy that way. Anything he did wrong, appeared as a honest mistake, while it was most definitely on purpose, so it was understood not before the end. He worked long for the Loxian government as a spy, but the government does not really care for him, and only uses him until he's no longer of use - at which point they decide to dispose of him. And that is where he judged the government wrong, thinking they actually cared for him, and would be giving him a nice future after his job was done. Finding out they actually intended to get rid of him, he became angry and decided to look after his own purposes only. That is why he tries to put the Federation and the Loxian government up against each other. He tried to gain his freedom by claiming (likely truthfully too) that the Loxian government will come after him to kill him so he would be silenced, not able to spread word of any governmental secret illegal practices, and in order to do so, the Loxian government would go to any extent - even as far as destroying whatever ship or station he is being held captive on. Failing at that attempt, he uses Federation laws against the Starfleet officers themselves to "legally" gain advantage. In truth he cares about nothing but himself.

*Admiral Montrell stepped out of the turbolift and overheared the conversation of Commander Skon and Commander Janeway. Before he headed towards them he took a tissue out of his pocket and wept his nose*

"I am sorry Commander, but can I be of any help. I am very interested in your debriefing. Please follow me Commander Skon."

He nodded to Commander Janeway and headed to his office. When he turned he took a tissue again and had to sneeze.

"This cold is really gettin to me, shall we proceed quickly Commander Skon"

OFF: I will be online for 2 days, so let's try to get this debriefing over quickly .

"The Gallifreyans... it's not the first time I hear that odd name. I wonder who they are, perhaps seeking them out would be a good idea for your next mission. And captain Burma deserves to receive some award of valor for his actions, too. But first... there's something else that needs to be done."
*He takes a small box, opens it and hands it over to Skon. It shows a pip for his uniform.*
"I hereby promote you to full captain, and commanding officer of the U.S.S. Skytoucher. Congratulations, captain Skon, and I leave the decision of your new first officer into your capable hands."

"The woman..? Oh, I suppose you mean Ms. Paris Love. She's the Flag Admiral's assistant, but since he still hasn't returned yet from his urgent mission, she has found a way to make herself useful here around the station. Now, as for these Loxian spies... I have some troublesome news, as I received report that they are not the only ones to be put on trial. Apparently they're not stupid at all, and this one man named Vakin is apparently using Federation laws against you, and wants to see you on trial as well for breaking the Prime Directive. Though I find it rather incomprehensive, as commanding officer of the JAG department, I have no choice but to call you there for court hearing. I will be heading that way now, and you can join me there whenever you are ready. Take any of your crewmembers with you, if you like. Any witness of your action can be at your advantage. Dismissed, captain."
*Montrell leaves the office and heads toward JAG.*

OFF: oh and also, he's good at talking his way out of things, he has this natural ability to convince people of almost anything he wants them to believe, even if it's not true lol. That's how he became such a good spy :P

Understood, sir. I shall join you in the JAG department as soon as I have taken care of some things on the Skytoucher. I have nothing to hide and I believe that my actions speak for themselves.

As for Ms. Love, I will attempt to contact her and give her my thanks when I return to the station. She appears to be an exceptional woman...
