*At that moment, all the lights are restored in all rooms, corridors and halls over the entire station.*
*Vorak, with two Vulcan visitors, enters the JAG Office. Vorak looks around to see if Montrell has already arrived.*
Is that the way it happened? This is a very intresting
development looking at Mr VERTANITICK
Admiral Montrell was thinking about the case Mr Smitty presented to him and didn't hear the question of Admiral Vorak
"What did you say Sir, I mean....yes Sir if Mr Ventacky acted upon his own rules and ideas, no Co is responsible for his actions. So Ambassador and Mr Ventarnitick, do you have any other proof which may incriminate Mr Franks?"
*Vorak raises an eyebrow.*
"That was the shortest J.A.G. case I have known so far. Welcome back, Mr. Franks, and believe me, we would not have simply allowed them to execute you. However, it is good to see you have returned in good condition. Their technology is most advanced indeed, but in this age of advanced technology, transwarp travel seems to be within reach of many species, and no longer only the Borg."
Excellent, maybe you can help me.
Let me give you a request.
I have an officer in the Intelligence division as a JAG/science officer. The Phoenix is currently now at DS5 preparing to dock.
My officer has requested repeatedly if there was a JAG mission for her. Since I don't know how the JAG system works I am asking if you could give a possible mini-mission for her.
OFF: I was thinking that maybe she could be hunting a fudgitive? I don't know something like that?
Any and all help you can give me is greatly appreciated.
OFF: Thanx General Appraiate it, i was a Brigade General in another org till it shut down.... then again the Fleet Captain there didnt like me for some reason, he was our CinC
=^= Ops to all decks on Avalon Station =^=
This is Flag Admiral Vorak speaking. Avalon Station is about to be attacked by the Na'jigat, a species existing of pure mental energy, practically impossible to defeat. We are in a condition of war. All Starfleet personnel is required to take battle stations, including those off-duty. Civilians are requested to find a safe place on the station, and those with some Starfleet experience may report to Station Ops to have a duty assigned.
=^= Flag Admiral Vorak out =^=
While thinking about this lieutenant assaulting a commander case, Miller recieved word his mother had gotten truly ill. Feeling he needed to be with her, Robert resigned his position of JAG XO, and returned to Earth on the next transport.

Goodluck Commander, may the gods be with you on this journey.

Cadet: I have but one life to Give for Starfleet.
As you see from the film he sends a telepathic
signal. He activated his Senior Engineering Project
An Artifical lifeform Vertan Mark I. Major Franks Beamed
Mark I to his ship thinking it was the Cadet. Major Franks

*walks in and sees several people standing in the JAG Department, including Admiral Vorak*
"I am sorry for my late arrival, I was needed in the Shipyard. Please tell me what happend? I heared something about the death of a cadet?"
"If I am not mistaken, the commanding officer cannot be held responsible for the actions of his subordinates, unless they acted upon the CO's orders. If they did not act upon the Co's orders, they themselves only can be held responsible. Or am I mistaken, Mr. Montrell?"
*Vorak looks expectantly at Montrell.*
Admiral Vorak I can not disobey an order, mark my
word, as true under no conditions will a Federation
Ship approach our Home World or any of our Stations.
Such actions will be consired an Act of War Against
the Vulcan Empire.
LIVE LONG AND PROSPER!
He turns and leaves.
"And a good day to you too gentlemen

, and do not forget that a happy face and mood will save lives!"
Montrell waves to the leaving guests and then looks at Admiral Vorak
"What did just happen here Admiral?"
"Indeed. Therefore we decide upon this case to be closed. You may find me in Ops."
*Vorak leaves the J.A.G. office.*
Thank you that is most helpful.
I will notify her of your long lost sister and see if we can't help you two to get back together.
OFF: Thanks again Commander
Hand it back to me? You are not finished that easily :P. You are right that we haven't really had a mission, but JAG involves all kinds of departments...have you already been there?
i Have a question is there a legal action able to be taken for a security officer that does not report for duty. (If he's not there i should be able to fill his position with someone else!!
*Suddenly, all lights go out on the entire station... Every single room, corridor and hall goes completely dark... And all access to the light controls are disabled for all officers aboard the station, even Flag Admiral Vorak.*
"Dark your days be. The light good Hermes can bring you. Ask good Hermes for the light, don't forget to say please."
John is a good friend, what can I do to help?
"Please allow Mr. Montrell, Chief JAG officer, to arrive first before we can start."
"The CO is responsible for the action of their men."
Acourding to Federation law.
My son is dead, so his CO is Responsible.!
Mr Montrell,
I have no further evidance. I must beg your
forgiveness, the Empire was ready to go to war.
Our Military jumps the gun in these matters.
*The Ambassador turns to Admiral VERTANTICK.
You are hearby ordered to release Major Franks.
His ship and crew will be released after. We bury our
dead.
He was one of the finest minds, we were
against him coming here from the beginning. He keep
at us. You know how the young can be. May I return
one day Looking at Admiral Vorek? You Officer will be
returned within the hour. Yet his crew and Ship is
another matter. We will take our leave of you.
LIVE LONG AND BE HAPPY! The Ambassador turns and
leaves.
At that moment Major Franks Meterlizes in the Admiral
Office.
Major Franks smiles, I thaught they were going to
Execute me. Thank You Sir you saved my life.
These are ruthless men Admiral. There Technology is
is well advanced. They have Transwarp Ships they can
be anywhere they want to travel seconds after they
leave.
As XO Of the JAG Department i'm going to assume control of JAG till he returns any hassles with this just let me know
all due respects Sir but i wish i was a Commander, that would then make me a Lt Colonel, but no sir i'm a Marine Capt, and as soon as she finds my sister the better.
OFF: any help getting Major would be great General
