This case has merit. I do believe the cadet is not responsible for his actions. He was bonded with this Alien and he has lost his mind.

That leaves one charge: Disobeying an order of a superior officer. I request he be givin a formal reprimand and not be cnvicted of any crime. Let us all pray for his safety and return to health.

I think we are approaching this in the wrong way.

Miles underwent something we have yet to understand and from it he is unstable.  Judging and prosecuting him is not going to help him. Therefore I'm suggesting we all work togather to help him develop what he has.  Maybe if we could take a doctor with him to a planet an dlet him learn.

This will constitute an interesting case. Michael J. Miles. He disregards authority, he acts disrespectfully, makes veiled threats to leave with Federation property. Unfortionately, I must conclude that he is not fit for duty. What shall we do with this Cadet?

I want to know what this cadet really did and if there should be a case. I want to know the story of both sides and then I will think about this.

I will of course Concur with my Superior officer and go with a reprimand.  But for the moment Mr Miles has been granted leave and is no longer on the Station and id dare say not in any close proximety.

I will leave the rest up  to my CO Zach.

Welllll, he IS one of the biggest killers in the alpha and beta quadrant so I´d think it is not too hard to get up with something... ;))

Id like to Formly request charges be brought against Mr Miles for disobeying Direct orders from Superior ranking officers, which has resulted in his threat to not only himself, but the others.

Is this case over, d*mn I am still waiting for my first job. Well maybe it's better that there is nothing wrong, we all have to be friendly to each other.

(OFF: he is not a starfleet officer and has not done something very illegal. Cooking tribbles and letting somebody eat it ;) is for the security office I think. But if there are other things I would be happy to do)
