Director Sloan, I was wondering if I could become one of the moderators of the Phoenix, since the current moderator, Kenji Motokatsu, as far as I am aware, is not playing with us anymore. Another reason would be that I am the Phoenix's current XO and it would help me a lot if I could organize the threads there... Also, I come to our division at least once a day, but usually more, so I'd like to help you all as much as I can.

Oh, Picard just posted on our ship, but I don't think he reported here first, so if you could talk to him...

they want the b-fleet to have a top intel depermant.
and we need your help and you need ours.
because both our intel depermant are far away and we share intel information we could keep our fleet's save

Federation Secret Service - Works for the good of the federation, wich means intell. But also ordinary polisiary tasks like the drug issue and such things. Are fully sanctionated by the President and can override any orders except from the president.

1.) Internal Affairs - Investigates Starfleet/Federation Officers/Officials and other agents.

2.) Section 31 - Acts for the "good of the Federation" and is fully sanctioned by the Federation president.

3.) Starfleet Inteligence - Works for the Federation/Starfleet. The Director can over-ride anyone in the Federation/Starfleets order except the president.

4.) Federation Secret Service - Speak to Zach Mannion.

I am Lilque and I am a 16 year old daughter of the Star Trek Character "Q" as Captain John-Luc Picard calls him. Although I am only 16 I have finished my studies at starfleet command and  now become the first Medical Officer of the brand new off the assembly line U.S.S. Miller NCC-1207, which is named after Doris Miller a United States Navy Man in the early 1940's on Earth. Saved his ship and destroyed 7 enemy planes. Although He was only a simple cook. I am smart and bright but much like my father , stuborn. I do my job as Chief Medical Officer well and tries to incorporate the ways of the "Q" with the ways of Starfleet. Even though I am the daughter of "Q" I only posesses half of my fathers capabilities because I am also half human. I had the chance as a small child to meet Commander William Riker and have taken a liking to him just as my father has. I enjoy Romulan Ale and also enjoy the company of my friends. I am a young girl who is as wise as the "Q" but still just human.
