did you look at the Intel webpage? It will tell you the purpose of Starfleet Intelligence.
FBI, is the "Internal Affairs". They mostly do the groundwork for JAG. Investigating Offices that are suspect for any reason. If they find something wrong, it is usually submitted to JAG to deal with.

another quick question, you are in charge of FBI, SFI, S31? so my direct superior officer is McCloud, but Svensson and K are still above me? (I must answer to McCloud if it pertains to FBI details)
OFF: so why would my rank title say DivisionXO and not something like Intel XO or FBI XO
