For all Cadets: The USS Interceptor project, one to design and build a custom starship to re-define the largest of the fleet, has several options open to those wanting a fresh start, and looking for postions. The Interceptor when sent to its first mission will have a captain, but several postions below that (XO and more) are to be open. Engineering Cadets should most certainly consider a future with the Engineering Corps of Nova Division, and any department majoring cadet can find an important postion on the Interceptor, with much work to be done still, officers are well needed for it, and are being searched for.
