Yes, this is too early to be building another ship. But also, if you look at the ship roster, it seems impossible to fill all of those positions with active people.

The 3rd-in-charge handles any issues that come up when the CO/XO arent there. They are especially helpful for assigning new members if the CO or XO arent present at the moment. Their primary goal is to assist the CO and XO with their duties.

If you mean create public characters, it's possible, but hard to do. We could create characters and give the password out to everyone, but that would leave us open to any guest surfing on the Net who wants to cause trouble. For now, you could just respond as them in the same post like:

It is basically a ship with fighters in its shuttlebay. It is a modified version of the Prometheus-Class, but still has the auto-separation ability.

Most likely, we go by rank. For instance, beacause Mr. Keach already is a CO, our first choice will be Cmdr. Freeman. If he declines, it will go to Mr. Yugiman. If he accepts, we will offer the XO position to you, or the next in line after him. Of course, this is all hypothetical.

Actually I was Acting Captain Because Gordon's Charcter Was going on a Vacation to try to not remember the Borg. So I was Acting Captain, But we had to go save the Tiberon From Attack And He Was Captain And I Was Back To Commander.

admiral, is it reasonable to suggest that there could be "empty" people on the station that anybody can control. for example: I am the new HazTeam Medic, and I am working in the medical lab, I need help with some things and I state things like "nurse get me a ratchet" and then "yes sir right away" she responds.
Could it be possible to imagine that there could be a station full of these people that anybody can talk for and order around to make the station seem busy instead of empty like it feels now?

All you need is to get the template from someone, then add a pic of your choice and add your name, rank, position, and division. Then get a VERY high ranked admin, like Vorak or Nocturnus, to add it to the images database. Then use the [img-]yourpicturehere[/img] thing (without the dash) to put it in your sig.
