Can't something like Wikipedia help "extend" your knowledge about BSG? I use Wikipedia and Memory Alpha to help with Star Trek. It is possible there is something similar...I'll see what I can find.

Sounds interesting... I have seen the Original show but nothing of the new one... so I am not too knowledgeable about BSG... but it was a fun series that I wish could have continued.

Well I think that he's just started opening it up to regular RPers (as in an hour or two after my last post) and he's just interviewing ones wanting important positions.

OK, a friend of mine, who is also a part of the Stargate RPG I run, has today set up a Battlestar Galactica RPG, set at the time of the pilot episode, and in an alternate universe, so that other than the attack, everything else happens as the people RP it.
What he is looking for is someone with a lot of knowledge about BSG to come forward and be his right hand man/woman in helping him get this set up. Anyone interested should email this address;

The person who gets the position as his right-hand, I have been told will be offered two positions IC: Either as a Colonel and XO of Galactica or as President of the 12 Colonies, depending on whether they would prefer to be Military or Civilian.
When emailing him, he would like to know how extensive your BSG knowledge is, and your likely amount of activity for the next few weeks at least (the first of the two will be the main deciding factor)
I'd help him on this myself, but my BSG knowledge isn't that extensive

I think he's found the Battlestar Wiki, it's just that there's a hell of a lot of stuff for him to read through lol.
