If everyone wants to continue the current mission you could rendezvous your ship with mine. Check out the Status Report (In the Status Report board) I posted yesterday for the Blackfire or just check out our ship's current mission board.

What is the current status of DS12?  Are the Romulans really a threat at this time in the Delta Quadrant?

As for missions, I understand Vontak Nor is being re-taken. (See:  http://www.expansionfleet.com/cgi-bin/sector/forums.cgi?forum=122 )  I have a mole there who has accessed their station's systems and is attempting to learn more about the Cardassians current technology levels.  I don't have the agent's report yet, but I wonder if the currently assigned ship, the Skytoucher, might not require Blackfire's assistance in the near future?

The Blackfire has captured a Romulan supply ship and is sending it back to Avalon Base with a prize crew as evidence of illegal Romulan Coalition activity.

Consider yourself notified, General, for I have found something that may or mat not be the base.  I plan on making it a satellite that will lead us to the base, but we'll see.  I'll draw it out and you can tell me when you guys are set.

As I just posted this question in the other thread, let me ask it here also: can I make a character for Romulan Ambassador Trell?  I do not think he is being played by anyone as I have had him on board my ship and I haven't heard a peep from him.  If it is ok, I shall post as him also to help Mason/Guiss and my only other current poster (new ensign Movack).  Any questions/comments?

Attention: The crew has a new member.  Please welcome Lt. Cmdr. Stone who will be replacing Lt. Mark Brodie as Chief of Tactical.  Mr. Movack will report to him directly upon his arrival (by posting- as we shall assume he's been here all along, as is protocol when replacing crewmen mid-mission).  The mission will continue as has been written since page 7, so please everyone keep up.

Salen leaned over May's shoulder and looked at the sensor readings.  "Where is the away team?  Oh, here we go, I think the shielding is still blocking our sensors."

Salen returned to the command chair and ordered Lt. Cmdr. Laverz to beam the transponder beacon into the Romulan's vicinity.  After a few minutes the transporter room signaled that the away team and the Romulans were ready to be beamed aboard.  The transponders worked!  "Beam them up, Mr. Laverz," Salen said.

"Mr. Guiss, signal the Dragon that we have their crew and will return them to their ship immediately after the debriefing.  Afterward I want you and the senior officers to report to my quarters for a short mission discussion.  I'm going there now- you have the Bridge."  Salen leaves.

Admiral:  If it is within your power to stop a regularly posting mission, which this is, then I respectfully withdraw from Starfleet.  It is a pity you feel you can switch our missions mid-stream like this- especially after we just got a bunch of new crew.  My best to Admiral Vorak.

Salen motions everyone to seats and asks them to help themselves to the replicator for a refreshment as it will be a short meeting.

"Ok, everyone, settle down.  Let's talk about what we'll do next."

OFF: Good save, Movack- my quarters being the same as the ready room.  I'll let you have that one.  Hehehe... this IS a small ship, after all.  I like to meet in my quarters when possible to be less formal and take the edge off non-emergency meetings.
