Captain Janeway - U.S.S Iroquois Engineering bay

Its a new defence against the Na'jigat. It protects the ship from being boarded by the Na'jigat by emitting Validium particles through the shield erray. Im in a hurry i have a few ships to install the device on. It doesnt take to long simply plug it directly into the shield matrix and hey presto your done.

Captain Janeway - U.S.S Iroquois Engineering bay

No Lt. Commander, it is not a prototype, its been tested and is 100% functional. It wont damage your shields in anyway. If anything i would think the Validium may even increase shield strength. But it wont damage it. Anyway i must keep moving. I hear Admiral Julian will be flying with you on your next mission. I want to you make sure you keep this ship in good shape, i dont want any harm to come to him understand?

*Captain Janeway then turned and headed back towards the airlock.*

(off: im assuming the Evolution is docked aswell?? whats the go with them i havent seen any crew post from the ship...)

*She then heads towards the next ship on her list, the U.S.S Evolution. She reaches the airlock and proceeds to enter the ship. She heads for the ships engineering bay and walks up to the officer in charge.*

Captain Janeway here to install a new defence system.

*Janeway looks around for a brief second and locates the Chief Engineer*

*after talking with the chief engineer and installing the final device, Janeway makes her way back to Station Avalon, where she then takes command and prepares the station for a defencive strike.*

*cave-in site*

*after doing some more scans while her fellow officers were having a 'debate' to put it lightly, Janeway notices a few more power signitures, these being less powerfull than the originals. as one of then seemed quite close to her she started to move dirt out of the way. Suddenly a sudden burst of light went into her eyes causing her pupils to dialate. It was coming from a Crystal shaped object from which she has dug up. It was glowing a white aura, however the crystal was deep red in color.*

Uh Guys, i think i found something.

*Janeway does some more detailed scans with her tricorder and found something that relieved her but yet she did not expect to find.*

From what i can tell, it seems this one crystal has terrabytes of data stored in it. Its not really dangerous at all. It seems, these lower powered crystals are their form of storing data. I've heard of this before, Starfleet did some reasearch into some similar objects in the 2200th century. However they deemed them useless as out computers stored more. But this crystal, seems to be able to hold a lot more than the objects starfleet were studying. Commodore what do you think?

I do agree. You two please stay here and try to recover the other crystals, and i will head back to the surface with this crystal and show Alf. And please try to work together instead of arguing :P

*Janeway took the crystal in her hands ands headed towards the surface*

Sure thing, the more the merrier. Anyone else want to lend a hand too? Hodson? Kassie?
*Janeway leads whoever follows her, down to the cave-in site*

Actually yes mr Hodson. On the surface about 200 metres on a clearing in outside the city, you will see an area marked off with transporter beacons, this will be the place the debri will be beamed to. I would just beam it anywhere, but if we beam anything that may be of valuble, then im sure the Melmacians would like to know. Please go to the site, and guard it. You may like to request a few marines to go with you, just to be safe.

OFF: it wont be :P

ICC:
When the debri starts getting beamed to the site, start running some more scans. If you run into too much trouble, Admiral Julian's Delta Flyer, the Fenix is sitting about 500 metres above the site in a cloaked state. Simply beam there?

The flyer's transporter is what we will be using, as i've noticed the stations transporter range seems to have somewhat dulled during its moving to the planet. Once this is done i'll have to look into that i suppose. Oh wait im ranting on again *chuckles*

Now where was i? oh yes! Mr Cook and Admiral Higgins. Can you please place some transporter beacons around this first area of debri.

*suddenly the Avatar walks in and notices the crystals. It starts gathering them and taking them back to the dome*

Wow thats the avatar thingy? Allwell i better get a move on then and get the rest of the crystals beamed out of the debri.

*places a transporter beacon on the floor infront of her*

=^=Janeway to the Fenix. please lock onto the following power signitures and beam them to the transport beacon directly beside me. Janeway out=^=

*Janeway sends the power signitures of the data crystals through her tricorder to the ship's computer. The computer then starts directly beaming the crystals to the beacon she had just put in front of her. In total another 24 crystals were recovered from the debri, some a bit more damaged than others.*

I dont want to transport the more powerfull signitures because i remember Alf saying they use them as a source of power. Wouldn't want the power to the dome and the pods to suddenly turn off :;):

I have been given permission from both Alf and Admiral Julian to completely remove all debri from the cave-ins. There is only one condition Alf laid out, and that was, when we found their library, not to disturb it or go through any of its contents. This will be abided by. Anyone breaking this rule will be considered as a breaking of the treaty before it happens. Please be carefull. This is the only rule given. I agree on transpoting the dirt and not the crystals however, i think that we should simply lock on to the crystals power signitures and transport them diretcly here first. That way we can remove the rest of the debri all at once. The structural integrity of the building is at about 80% so we should have no problems with removing everything. Although if anything collapses i want everyone out. Any questions?
