The Gallifreyan Vessel dropped to normal space just off Frontier Station, the stations sensors picked up the ship and informed the crew.

The TARDIS told the Doctor of another change in the Timestream, so he moved to the Console to see what it was.
"Hmm not good, not good at all, it seems this fleet is not the one we are supposed to be, damn."
The Doctor set the coordinates for Deep Space Discovery and the TARDIS shifted to the Vortex, heading to Deep Space Discovery.

The Doctor looked at the static human and then back at Tolas.
"No problems, Tolas, just be careful you are not used to your abilities yet."
Doctor Who then teleported John to locked quarters.
"Matrix, look after this human and make him comfortable."

The Gallifreyan vessel, the TARDIS entered into a relative Hyperspatial Orbit of the Planet Dantor.
The exteriors metamorphic capabilities went into action changing it into a Gallifreyan Battlecruiser.

While the Doctor was waitng for Tolas to return, the eccentric and moralistic Gallifreyan went to the console and intiated the shift sequence back to normal space; Making it easier for Tolas to make the trip.

The TARDIS, being the tempremental vessel she is had morphed the outer shell back to it's previous and considerably smaller configuration.

"Welcome back Tolas"
The Doctor went to the console and set course for the Dark passage.
The TARDIS phased out of normal space into the Space-time Vortex, for a faster trip.
About a minute later the TARDIS's console rotor, stopped moving up and down, signalling that the TARDIS had reached it's designated coordinates and had phased back to normal space.
"Okay Tolas, we are here."
The Doctor went to the console and set course for the Dark passage.

MATRIX: DOCTOR, THE HUMAN, JOHN KAWOLSKI, HAS TERMINATED ALL LIFE FUNCTIONS VIA A CHEMICAL COMPOUND.
The Doctor rolled his eyes and stared at the console for a moment.
The Doctor had been visiting Earth for centuries, probably due to morbid fascination rather than Scientific reasons, but the fact remained he will never understand the human penchant for self-anihilation.
"Against my better judgement, revive him Matrix an place him in Temporal stasis in the Hyperbolic Chamber."
MATRIX: AKNOWLEDGED.

The Doctor looks at the prone Tolas, in his Proto-Organian state.
Then removes a slender cylindrical device from his pocket and activates it, the device began to resonate a sonic frequency, which was sending data to the Doctor's vessel and in turn the main AI was sending information back to the Doctor via telepathic communications.
The Doctor then switched off the device and placed it back into his pocket, bending down to the lifeform on the deck.
"Hmmm."

The Doctor sends a telepathic Communication directly to Dyien, no one else even new or could sense this eventuality.

The Doctor received a Psi-link message from his vessels AI, for him to Teleport to the Gallifreyan ship.
"Excuse me for a moment, my ship needs me, be back soon."
With that Doctor Who touched a control on his Transport-bracelet and was gone in a flash of blue light.
<Bridge, Gallifreyan TT-Capsule, TARDIS>
The bridge was of a circular configuration with a crentrally positioned, hexagonal console.
In the middle of the console was a rotor device, that when the vessel was in-flight would rise and fall.
The main view screen was a Holographic projection system, that covered all of the ceiling of the Console room when active.
One side of the chamber was the airlock and directly opposite was another door leading to the rest of the interior of the ship.
Being larger on the inside than it is out (Tanscendentally Dimensional), this Type-40-A TT-Capsule was also called a TARDIS, which the Doctor used as the name of the ship also, to save confusion.

It must be noted of course, that not all Gallifreyan vessels are TARDISes, but all have at least one, or all parts of it in another dimension.
One other Gallifreyan vessel, is the Blackhole Carrier, so named for obvious reasons, it has the ability to transport Blackholes, either to be used as a power supply for a newly formed colony, or as a weapon.
Another class of vessel was called the Bowship, but when asked most Gallifreyans wont talk about it, needless to say it is an ancient class of vessel that was used in an ancient battle with a race known as the Great Vampires.

On it was displayed the Biometric tranfiguration process that Newberry was going through.
"Yes I know all this Matrix, but can you help him if anything goes wrong?"
MATRIX: AFFIRMATIVE.
"Then is he going to survive, Matrix."
MATRIX: AT PRESENT THE ENTITY IN QUESTION IS IN A STATE OF BIOMETRIC FLUX, SENSORS INDICATE A 65.2302392323232123123% CHANCE OF THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS FROM MATTER TO ENERGY, BEING SUCCESSFUL.
The Doctor deactivated the Main Viewer...
"Thank you Matrix."
With that, Doctor Who teleported back to the group he had just left, once there he looked down at the prone lifeform and frowned slightly, then looked up at the rest and gave a cheeky grin.
"Miss me?"
