I would like to be your helms officer, Captain
I am a competent pilot with a good range of skills, including evasive manoeuvres, and landing.
I hope to be a part of your magnificent crew, Captain. http://expansionfleet.sparks.priorweb.be/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
I have been checking the forums regularly for the captain to reply.
Anyway Mason wishing to be re-assigned Sir
Maguid is also part of this crew, and I wish for him to be re-assigned also. He is still active btw.
I am once again glad to get things started again.
*Mason turns on the ships comm system.*
"Upon our return the USS Phoenix, we have all been a little confused, myself included.
I have been thinking and I can say that I did see the Cardassians flee, but not before they released some gas.
I do not know what the gas is but its safe to say that it is making us all confused more and more each minute, and its also safe to say that we brought it up from the planet. We are all affected.
This explains how the Cardassians where able to control the slaves. The slaves became mindless zombies. We too are at the same risk of loosing our minds.
art loo jye arg tooo asha caaaa.... I'm sorry it's already beginning to take affect.
*Mason scrabbles over to the helm*
Our only chance is if we can keep ourselves together until we reach Star Base 12.
Doctor, I want you to immediately try to find a cure or at least slow down the process, of our disease. Our lives are at your hands.
*Mason activates long range sensors and sees Star Base 12 as well as 2 Cardassian cruisers heading the opposite direction.*
Course and heading laid in.
Our Survival begins here.
'Sir, I have the ship primed ready for combat, if we went into battle any minute, I'd be ready.'
*Mason turns his seat and concentrates his attention on Chekov*
'Yeah I think this breach will make them underestimate us, especially its pilot'
*Mason pulls out a big grin in his face*
*Mason looks down onto his terminal and types in the commands for a quantum torpedo launch*
'I am firing a full spread of quantum torpedoes, dispersion pattern Sigma. btw good thinking'
*Mason hears several targets in the darkness light up for one second before engulfed in the darkness once again*
'We have made several hits sir, I think it should now be safe to proceed, once the repairs are taken care off'
*Mason takes his attention to Captain Svensson*
'Svensson Sir, the damage reports are on their way'
*Mason stares into the darkness now surrounding the ship, and wonders back into the times of his childhood*
'Sir, I'm with you, the longer we spend in here the worse it is, every move we now take, is as if we are driving with the headlamps off. This place can make some people mad with fear.
*Mason takes a few deep breaths, and focuses on the flashing lights from his panel, to draw his attention away from the view screen*
OFF: thax on my promotion to Lieutenant
Sir I am indeed here, it's a bit embarrassing to say but my head doesn't reach over this rather large back-rest on this chair. No-wonder you think I am not here, you can't see me.
*Mason takes a good look around and finds that his chair has the largest back-rest*
*Mason grins and thinks that a practical joke has been played on him, he grabs a cushion and places it on his chair*
At last I can now see you when I turn my head.
More importantly Sir, we are well within the Vendor System, I am coming out of warp and engaging the thrusters to take us within transporter range on the planet. I don't want to alarm the colonists so I'll set her beside one of their moons.
All hailing frequencies are open, Sir.
None incoming messages are being sent to us, but I am picking up radio and television singles that are being transmitted from the planet surface.
I believe they do not know we are here.
To make sure shall I intercept some of this radio singles, and decipher to what they are saying.
Ok I am ready to go.
Mason greets the others in the transporter room.
Captain, you can trust me not to hesitate in the field of combat.
Ok lets see what happens when I press this button.
*Mason reaches for the keyboard and attempts to access the FSS logs from Huw's personnel computer*
Ouch.
*An electrical charge gets emitted from the computer.*
What the... "Finger print not recognised"?
Ohh that's just great. As well as broken ribs I know have 3rd degree burns. This just isn't my day.
*The entire hard-drive gets short-circuited*
Huw you are cunning. Booby trapping your own computer, very clever.
*Mason scrabbles off the chair and into the turbolift*
Sick Bay!
*Mason pushes himself into the sick bay and collapses on the operating table*
Doctor. I need medical attention, Pronto.
I don't believe Mr. Tpolish, they want bring him back.
*Mason begins to scan the surrowding area for any deposits the runabout may have left behind*
Sir, I believe I can see in which direction they took him. Their warp signature is still visible.
Do you want me to commence pursuit?
I recommend that all external communication is prohibited until we find our spy.

All Hail Captain Becker.
Hip Hip
....
WHAT NOW
whats this transmission coming in.
*Mason leaves the party and heads off to docking port B to greet Major Tpolish*
*Mason turns to Nailo and offers his hand in acceptance*
Hello, I am the helms officer here and my name is Mason.
Mason escorts Tpolish to the captain's ready room and turns to Svensson.
Sir, Tpolish has urgent reports regarding admiral Rugal.
Well Mr. Tpolish speak. Speak your intelligence.
*Mason listens eagerly, and can't wait until he is relived to go back to the party*
I'll share a little secret with you captain, I am hoping that we are wrong about those few Cardassians on the planet.
I'll hate to engage us against them.
But at the same time I am also strangly looking forward to this engagement, weird eh
Admiral Rugal I sure hope you can solve this diplomatically. We are counting on you.
