Richerd nodded his head at recieving the destination orders, he was dressed in the clothing that was provided for him so he would look like one of the natives. He walked up to Mr. Keller. "Well, should we get going?" He patted a small stachel that he found in the clothing pile and inside it, was his conceled phaser.

Richerd saluted Julian. "Reporting for duty sir." He was holstering a statcel that was over his shoulder. "Do we know anything about this society to help us blend in?" He was worried, he had heard rumors abound and he was unsure of what to believe.

William Richerd had been leaning agianst a bulkhead waiting for the rest of the group to arrive, when the General arrived he snapped to attention.
"General Powell Sir!" William shouted with a salute. "IT is good to see you again sir." He then stayed in the attention stance and awaited for the next set of orders.

Richerd and his men seeing that everything inside the brig had been secured, they exited the brig and shut the door, placing guards outside the brig and were now on guard duty...
Another officer soon came back with another battle armor for Clyde Eastwood to wear.

Major Richerds entered the brig area of the Marine section of Starphoenix base. With his elite men from across the board from all the different divisions. Not only did he feel this would allow ideas to be shared between divisions, but also, by having the best like General Powell had said, he would make sure that their "Guest" would be well guarded.
They all were wearing new battle armor that would protect them from mind probes, or mind take overs... he had made sure that his instructions to the men that would be guarding the prisoner were precise and easily understood.
1. Only Richerd would control the passwords for the prisoner's cell
2. Only General Powell had authority to dictate who can visit or not.
3. That all unauthorized personal found in the detention block would be surrounded and the General informed, under no circumstances, unless otherwise stated by the General, is there to be shooting on the detention block.
4. Shooting will be disregarded if their is a prison break... and then, it would be on the highest setting of stun.
They all took up positions around the block and made themselves comfortable for what they knew would be a long haul.
((I hope this post is acceptable to everyone... the rules are to not only be in character, but also an easy reference for future events hopefully.))

Major Richerd looked around at the sudden announcement. He then turned to the new Captain of Charlie Company. "Captain, you are hereby given command of guarding the POW... you are to follow the orders laid out already and make sure that no one comes in or out... also, Keep your suits on at all times when around the prison block."
He then turned around and tapped his comm badge. =A= Attention all off duty Marines, you are hereby on duty, a problem has presented itself on Station Avalon and we should bring up a rear guard to help out the General on board... beam ins will be at strategic locations of the station. =A=
Minutes later Richerd and a group of ten men beamed off the Marine base heading to the Station.

Major Richerd didn't give a salute back... but glared at him, walked up and then smiled before slapping his back in a good humor way. "It is good to see you too, but I should tell you, we have a POW here, and it would be... unwise to show him who has a higher rank. He might see me as a leader, but I don't want them to see too much of our chain of command."
He looked him over before turning to one of Marines. "Get our friend another armor suit, and be snappy about it." He turned back to captain Eastwood. "Sorry, but if you are to help us... you will need to wear the new armor suit, we got to be careful with our friend here." He smiled as he used the word friend. He knew he might be playing it safe... but they knew next to nothing of this alien and he was not about to let slip anything from them.

But I will contact Commodore Higgins soon, and don't worry, I will protect the Starfleet officers that cannot protect themselves, so don't worry, and boy am I ever ready for the fun ahead. Richerd had over heard the comm signal about the landing ships and gathering forces. He turned his head and saw O'Clare and Cook, Cook had his armor on by the looks of things, He tapped his Comm badge. =A=O'Clare, I need to you to bring the Commander to the feild HQ, I think he isn't made for land combate... but none-the-less give him a hand phaser or something. Richerd Out=A= he then returned to finishing up the last of the shoring, and stepped back, he felt that they were ready for whatever was thrown at them, as well as handling anything that got to their defensive lines. He smiled at he looked back at Cook, shaking his head, a science Officer in the middle of a battlefiled? that would be something to write home about most defintly.

A Marine came up to General Powell. "General," He said forgoing the salute at the moment, meaning that they were preparing to a comming attack. "I am sorry but we have an incomming invasion fleet. However, if you must talk to the one leading up the fortifications at the moment, he is out by the complex that has been designated for future development for a Starfleet base... mind you, we have a new species inside that we must protect.... the captain can brief you if you need more information." The Soldier then turns to go off into another part of the base.
a small group of three Puma's leave the Marine base to help fortify the location, heavily armed and indeed, they were becomming moving fortresses.

Richerd without turning around, because he was helping some of his men to finish digging a ditch responded. "It is comming along nicely, we have the Puma's literal fortresses, yet movable, I have two complete squads of Pelicans to deal with any dropships that might come into the atmosphere, as well as any strifing runs that need to be done." He then threw his shovel into the dirt. He turned to face Balkazar. "Powell is back? That is good," He then smiled. "In following the chain of command, unless otherwise noted, I hereby hand over the overall planning to you, that is until Powell comes... or do I still lead this entire operation?"
At that moment he realized that maybe, he was speaking as a Starfleet security officer, but what is said, is said and he while waited for Balkazar to answer, went to help in another area of the fortifications. Which were indeed comming along nicely. He looked to some of the abandoned windows smiling at how he had snipers stationed in them. If they wanted a war, by golly he would give them one. Richerd thought to himself.

Richerd turned from looking at a tactical map, he was smilng. "Good work cadet. I think you should help out here, learn about battlefield tatics hands on." He then turned to the Science Commander. "I want you to start scaning for alien lifesigns, let's make sure that we can know about their biological makeup as soon as we can... now, we are a secondary posistion, so the main fighting will be further up. But I think you science minds can work on distance." He turned without waiting for a response. He was talking over a comm link to the forward lines.

"Sorry sir," Richerd said in a flat tone of voice. "I won't forget this mistake." He smiled and pointed to four Puma's that were just being finished being worked on. "I think you can take those four right there, Good luck on the front lines sir. Don't worry, I have been training to handle mass numbers, so I will be fine." He looked to the sky, "I just hope we get an advanced warning of when they come."
