"Your now saying we are a disease?.  Maybe someone whos more experienced and has a better bedside manner and understanding should be down here, not some youngin who insults us with every breath he takes." he said rather insulted by Coho's tone.

<Takes another few minutes before activating the communications part of the Commbadge>

"Julian, your Doctor is insulting our technology and saying we are diseased, hes insulting us and we dont appreciate that.  Hes saying its our own fault that our people cant breath.  Hes also claiming that we are trying to kill our own people threw manical means.  Are all of your officers this insulting?"

"Im reactivating the pods."  <Presses a button on the console, then down in the Pod room the pods open up to reveal several of ALF's species gasping for air, some were children still while the others appeared to be adults>

"Julian, you have 40 minutes till the reactor shuts down due to decay.  If the other pods were activated before they would have headed to the surface, theres several cave entrances 20 miles due south of here.  If my people did leave the pods willingly they would head for rocky terrain to build there domes, to have a double protection from things.  According to these records from the computer they were mostly farmers, have you seen any cat farms down there?.  They may have taken the cats when they left." he said over the metal thingy.

"Hmmmm, might be best and then let them deal with there own.  We must find where our military bunker is at.  I know it was placed somewhere to the north west of here near where the ground is dry and the wind blows across the land like a blinding tidal wave.  We built a tiny outpost out there as a line of defense against the mutant cats.  Its possible its still operational."

<Turning to Coho>

"We arent diseased.  Our technology revolves around protecting ourselves both military and medical and long life rejuvination.  So if you dont mind young one im far older then you bye atleast 500 yrs.  So best show more respect and tolerence to those who have slept for almost 500 yrs and are unsure about what awaits us in this time.  How would you feel if you fell asleep for 500 yrs only to find out that there were people living on your world and your technology you possessed is obsolete now?.  You wouldnt feel too good about it.  Now we arent diseased.  Why would we disease ourselves then put ourselves into cryo-sleep and have a possibility of infecting the other pods? thats a good way to kill us off before we can take our first steps into existence again."

*Alf agreed as Julian beamed them all to the entrance of the cave.  Alf along with the 500 farmers entered the cave and was met by several of ALF's species inside the bunker armed with pitch forks.  They were surprised to see ALF and the rest of the other farmers alive from the pods*

*Almost 6 hours passed between ALF talking to the council of this dome, ALF soon convinced them they had to leave and join the rest of there people in the city area.  ALF convinced them that the bunker under the marines base can still be used for our own purposes, just had to be cleaned up a bit.  They agreed and started to pack up there things.  Another 4 hours passed as almost 2000 of ALF's race left the cavern and waited outside in the forest*

"Julian, we are ready.  Scan the domes to make sure everyone is out.  I believe they have gotten everything they need out of there." he said over the comm badge, finally getting the feel of the thing.

"Yes yes, lets go.  The reactor on this one should be 400 melmacian's long.  Roughly translated 400 ft down, this one reactor would be deep inside the mountain.  Theres many defenses.  Could we scan inside the mountain? find out what happened before entering the bunker?" He inquired.

"Then the security systems would be shut down if theres no power.  We should beable to go right down inside of the bunker without much trouble if theres room too."

"Coming." He said as he tried to activate the transporter, it took almost 20 minutes before he figured it out and he soon materialized next to Coho.

"Oh hello, who might you be?.  Ohhh, you didnt activate there masks when we took them out.  They need air.  Give them air to breathe, this is one of the side effects of long term exposure to cryogenic sleep." he said trying to hurry the medical teams on to do there jobs.

<Control Room>

"Hmmmmm, now lets see." he said dusting off the controlls for the pods. "Oh no, these 5k pods in this one but only 500 of them are still active.  Somehow someone or something transfered power from the other pods to maintain those 500.  Oh this is bad." he said sobbing. "The other 4500 pods were deactivated, not sure if it was because of the pass of time or someone did this on purpose.  Hmmmmm, it says here that the library contents for this bunker were removed and placed at another bunker.  Dont worry, if the bunker was compromised then the family who were at this one shifted power to the those 500 to maintain them because the others couldnt be maintained.  Its possible that there was some sort of malfunction.  Hmmmmm, it seems thats what went on.  They must have had no other choice but to do it.  We can reactivate them at any time." he said joyfully.

OOC**Shhhhhhhh, call me ALF! :P.  Yeah my computer is ok tho its going to get some used to with this new surge protector thingy, cuz im going to have to let it recharge over night!! *looks of horror*, I just gotta take some anti-biotics for the next week luckily it tastes like bubble gum http://www.expansionfleet.com/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>.

"Hmmmmmm, 5 domes you say ?, I would estimate that an ecology of pure farmers with almost no military, would carry around 4,000 population unless they had an illness which wiped most of them out.  A stable ecology would support well over 500 population unless somehow they evolved to a military based society and only use weapons as a line of defense only, tho all of our domes have security protocols installed into the domes so in essense acts as a self aware entity, much like the Avatar.  All domes have micro-machine technology as a form of defense, so it is possible." he voiced his thoughts.

<ALF sat in the chair opposite of Julian, however, he saw another button, however, this was a BIG BLUE BUTTON and pressed it out of pure curiousity, but at the same time he was excited that he got to press that annoying BIG RED BUTTON, to activate the Battle Armor>

"You dont understand, these pods were corroded, so they didnt get the needed air to survive.  You seem young so ill give you some advice, dont insult other races technology level.  We wouldnt harm our own people.  Now are you going to give them air or not!!!!." he said as several members of his race keels over struggling to breath.
