I am sorry for being a stranger, but I was at first, before your old website crashed, having problems signing in, and then my own computer crashed about a month ago and my brother just got it back up and running on last Friday. If I remember correctly, I am the pilot, and am still waiting for acceptance to the JAG force as a rookie assistant, willing to work her way up. Please help me. This is newcomer Nyssa Grant. I am the new helmsman for the Blackfire. I do not know my rank. And Jorgen, great picture of Brigadeer Lethbridge-Stuart. Where did you find the pic? OOC---This is Nyssa Grant, former helmswoman of the Blackfire. I was told to report here. I have read all of the posts here, and I am awaiting you at SS Avalon. As for the command problem, who was your 3rd senior most officer, after your Captain and XO? In my opinion, that should be the next person in charge. I have had almost 4 years of RPG experience, but since I was never offically given a rank, I am making myself an Ensign, junior grade, just out of the Academy and assigned to the Blackfire as a helmsman. I have gone through traning in all branches of operations on a starship, as a requirement of JAG/Intell officers, but was assigned to the Blackfire before I received my first JAG/Intell lesson. When I do board the Phoenix, where would you like me to be? I am a trained junior jack of all trades, but willing and needing to learn more.  Nyssa

When I first signed up, I was hoping to be a rookie ensign in JAG as I never played anyone in JAG before, but I watch the TV show faithfully, so they made me a helmswoman on the Blackfire. I do not know if it is true or not, but I was pretending that part of my training was that I had to know at least the basics of all of the main departments on a starship. So put me anywhere and I hope to start JAG training soon. And no one gave me a ranking, so that is why I made myself an ensign, junior grade. I have had almost 4 years expirence RPGing and I am sure like most of us, have had better expirences on some than others but stays in for the endurance. If you feel that I deserve a higher rank, then let me know. Also, can you please change my sign-on name from Stargazer Judy to Nissa Grant? And how do you make those IDs that are on the bottom of each post? I am liking this new forum ALOT better than the old one in reguards to signing in. With the old one, every time I moved forward or backwards a section and wanted to post, I would have to sign in again. At least with this one, once I am signed in, I AM signed in, until I log out again. Nyssa

Besides being a helmswoman, Nyssa is a new recruit to JAG/Intell, and is awaiting her first lesson. She also has a knowledge of a few other things. Can I just jump in, or where do you want me?

"Understood, sir." Nyssa went over the controls and sent out a few exploration probes. One came back, signifying that something was out there. She turned her head and said to the officer at OPS, "Can you tell what that anomaly is?"

He ran his fingers over some controls and at first he thought that it might be a hydrogen bubble, but after doing two more quick tests, he said "It is definately a Romulan probe." He set off a Yellow Alert but didn't set off the claxon, as the ship was still on communications silence. Nyssa told tactical to be on the ready, if need be.

I still haven't received a rank yet for Nyssa, and I am still having to sign in for every page. Also, the cursor still freezes every 30 seconds, it seems like, and sometimes when I hit submit, my post will disappear. This is my second time trying to send it. Thanks, Nyssa

I am going to be visiting my best friend Mindy in Cleveland from October 7th through the 17th. I do not know what kind of computer service she has. If she has unlimited time, then I will ask if I can borrow it.

This is newcomer Stargazer Judy. I gave you the name Anna Jovenka, and am applying in the intellegence branch. While I had no choice but to choose science first and then JAG second, I would like to play, if at all possible, a rookie JAG officer. While I have never played one in the Star Trek RPGs that I have taken part of in the past, I have been watching the TV show JAG ever since it first came on the air. Also, I think that I might have mis-read the box that I checked off for how often I can post. I am usually on the computer once a day, every once and a while I may skip a day for one reason or another. And I am going to be visiting a friend in Cleveland, Ohio from October 7th to the 17th. I know that my friend has a computer, but I do not know what type of internet service she has. If it is the type with unlimited time, I will try to check in once or twice. But I cannot make any promises.

Looking forward to my assignment.

1. I have been enjoying the music when I sign in. Is there a possible way when one theme is done, the next one can start playing immediately?

2. Do I always have to give my name and password every single time I enter every part of this forum and want to post a message? I have been needing to do so.

3. Is there a way I can write an introductory post while I am waiting?

4. May I join more than one division?

I am still needing to sign in everytime for everything. When I was first exploring your website, I thought that I was hearing more than one theme. Sorry. I am heading over to the Blackfire. I have been RPGing for more than 2 years now, and now that I cannot work because of leg problems, it has been helping me pass the time away. And I do not mind being among the oldsters here. I am 44. Are you referring to me as Mr. Davis? If so, my real last name is Dague, not Davis. Common mistake. And while I do have a position on the Blackfire as Helmsman Nyssa Grant,  I was originally applying as new JAG officer Anna Jovenka at the main office.

If you can get to a Doctor Who photo database and find an in-character picture of Sarah Sutton as Nyssa or Katy Manning as Jo Grant, use one of their pictures. If not, please guide me from here. I also do not know my rank yet.
