Arturo is still in his blue starfleet uniform.

"Captain, I did some checking when I was on frontier and the cronsian cloaking technolgy is quite impressive.  Frontier's security chief scanned the cloak and I took this padd off of his desk containing the information.  
I believe that we can make far greater use of this tech the Mr. Nesbitt.  

Also you may be interested in knowing that Admiral Ransom acted on information given to him by a member of starfleet intell.  Starfleets Jag office will get involved and probably remove Ransom from command. We must monitor this to assure that outcome."

Yes sir, general. I will requistion a uniform for the approprete positon and be on my way.

I will report in through microwave transmission every hour sir.

*Arturo leaves the bridge and after a few moments leaves the ship in a shuttle craft.*

General. perhaps we should have a discussion with Admiral Ransom of Frontier.  According to Frontiers log he contacted these people.  
Let me interigate the Admiral to see why he contacted them

Arturo slips to the back of the bridge and listens to all of the officers taking without making his presence know. Then

"Captain a clock would not hid us from the Najjat.  They detect and feed on energy"

Arturo and Jarret head to the transporter room with standard off world ops gear.  Before putting on his combat helmet Arturo turns to Jarret.

"A starfleet Admiral selling secrets to the Romulans. We can bet if he came here there are defenses.  Whenever your ready Colonel"

Arturo steps on the Pad and waits for Jarret.

General, if we attached nuro inducers to the transport inhibitors throughout the ship it should provide at least some protection from there mind powers.
Also if you require someone to infiltrate Frontier it should be me sir.

A man in a blue starfleet uniform walks into the bar and spots Torean serving a drink to a customer.  

"Torean, my friend, long time no see"

Torean: Hello Justin, what brings you to Frontier station?

"I have been sent here by Avalon station to help with Medical.  They told me that you had not been assigned very much staff.  So here I am.   May I have a tarkalien tea please Tor?"

Torean: For my old friend, of course you can.  give me one moment.  

Torean produces the tea that to everyone around Justin smells like a steaming pile of crap.  

"Thank you my friend, its good to be here and I will be in touch.  I must report to the infirmary now."

Justin walks out of the bar heading towards the infimary.

Off:  Ok so I was wrong.

On:  Helm, Lay in a course to Starbase 12.  Maxium warp.  Open a chanel to Admiral Ransome.

"Admiral, this is Captain Arturo of the U.S.S. Valhalla we are on our way.  Do you require medical assistance?"
