He gives a small nod to Higgins and moves to the console. He brings up the communications systems. He activates the Admirals personal comm.
"Captain Brodie to Admiral Madison, I am unable to meet with any commanding officers. I am speaking to the XO Commodore Higgins. He insists I proceed with him. I await further instructions sir."

"Commodore, i did nothing to show disrespect. Purhaps you've mistaken my tone. I only wish to speak to a CO as a habit. Not because i doubt your abilities. your sharpness is uneeded. I have been in service a very long time myself, it shakes me to be talked to like a cadet. If procedure is followed then i could not get a final approved answer until the CO was consulted. I never imagined this much trouble on such an open subject. I will report back to Avalon and inform the Admiral. "I am here to organize Dantor and Avalon Station to form a cooperation. I was ordered by Admiral Madison to do so and he mentioned no middle men. I was to speak to the Starfleet Contingent CO, he is unavailable. So i will logically find the alternative, Marine CO. I can contact Admiral Madison if you like, he was very quick to impress that i not waste my trip."

"Hello everybody. I am Captain Brodie, I will start by saying that this is one of the best crew's i've seen. You all come from somewhere, wheather its an old ship or a fresh start i think you will all do well. On our shakedown mission i will be taking time to get to know everyone and run some drills. Are their any questions before we continue?"

Captain Brodie came with some other officers into the engineering section where the Windsor was docked.
"you can check in and get sickbay up and ready Ensign, but hold for just a moment."
Brodie goes to a comm panel.
"All crew for the Windsor report to the engineering section for an officers meeting. No shows will be left behind on our first mission. Thank you"
