"ALRIGHT EVERYONE! AS OF THIS MOMENT I AM ASSUMING COMMAND OF STARPHOENIX BASE AND ALL PERSONNEL THEREIN. NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY WILL ENTER OR EXIT THIS BASE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. CONSIDER THE BASE UNDER A STRICT LOCKDOWN. I WANT ALL SENIOR OFFICERS TO REPORT TO THE BRIEFING ROOM IN ONE HOUR!! DISMISSED!"
