Personal Log, Stardate 60274

Captain Taurik accepted my request and assigned me as Chief Flight Officer on the Rivendell! He's also given me the rank of Crewman. This is great, I've barely joined starfleet, and yet I am already at the controls of a starship!
I also met a Delta Alliance Droid, who's kind of annoying, and 'calculates' everything everyone says to be wrong...goes by the name of HK47.
I also met a Vulcan named Kassie, who's different to most Vulcans I've heard of because she shows her emotions...but she seems quite friendly. She's Chief Operations Officer, so she sits next to me on the Bridge and she's been giving me some advice.
We also got my first mission; a distress call from the U.S.S Evolution and the Captain ordered me to plot a course at warp 9. None of my parent's ships ever went this fast, so this is a first for me. But I'm deffinately feeling up to whatever the mission throws at me!...

Personal Log, Stardate 60417.9

I haven't made an entry to this for a while. I guess I've been too caught up with the mission. Beta and HK managed to deal with a small internal threat onboard the ship, and we finally arrived at the USS Evolution. It seems that they took some beating pretty bad, and had to hide in a nebula to escape the Heraani, who we disposed of along with an unknown vessel trying to sneak up on us.

Beta, T'lana and HK all went off on a rescue mission for the Evolution's away team, while we waited for the Evolution to be repaired enough to be warp-capable. After which, I set a course for the planet and both ships got attacked by Heraan vessels, which the Gallifreyan ship TARDIS helped us dispatch. Captain Taurik left for the planet, no idea how he got down there though, he went into his ready room and never left for the transporters. He left me in control of the bridge, though, I feel so proud of myself! My first mission and while the Captain's away I get command of the bridge! I put us into a high orbit, and T'lana returned in the Kelata to take the Science station.


Hopefully my last log won't be as much of an overview of events as this one, but a lot has happened since my last log.

Personal Log, Stardate 60269.8

I have finally been able to enroll into Starfleet! Ever since my parents told be about their ships speed and power I've wanted to join them, and now I'm part of Expansion Fleet! I don't know where I'll get assigned, but I'm hoping to get onboard the U.S.S Rivendell with an Apprenticeship while being sent lessons from the Academy here. I've read up on some of Starfleet's ships, and the Rivendell is a Prometheus-class, and it can reach warp 9.9! I've never been on a ship this fast before! And just to think, I may eventually end up piloting one!
I've also heard there might be a Shift-drive onboard. I'm not quite sure what that is yet, there weren't any entries of it in the Dignified's databases, but it sounds like a way of getting a ship to go even faster!

Anyway, I think I'll go back to reading up on all this technology, there's so much I have to learn here!

Personal Log, Stardate 60284.5

Well, it seems that the warp field has been creating some sort of temporal anomaly around the ship according to what Lt.Cmdr T'lana tells us. No wonder we haven't been able to find the Evolution yet. I've had to bring the ship out of warp for now. I'm not a science officer though, so I don't know what we can do to fix it. Without the warp drive, it'll take generations to get anywhere, either to the Evolution or to the nearest planet.

We also got a new officer onboard - Holographic Officer Beta he calls himself. I think I'll call him Beta for short.

There's so many ideas flying around the bridge, I can hardly make out what's what. We don't even know what's happened to the Evolution yet. For all we know they could simply have ran out of warp plasma and need a refuel. Ah well, we'll find out when we get there I suppose.

Personal Log, Stardate 60473.2

Well, I've completed my first mission with Starfleet, and docked the ship without a hitch! We managed to easily recover the team led by Cadet Beta to find the Evolution's away team, and then after releasing a long-term probe to monitor a rift in space that I discovered we headed home, and once I docked the ship, we were given shore leave, so I decided to take a look around Avalon station.
