For: Major Hedford and Captain Julian

Due to absence from duties, Captain Julian is to be releaved from command immediatly. He is confined to quarters for the rest of the mission and will have to report to the admirality of Station Avalon when the USS Rivendell returns to the station.
The Rivendell will now be under the command of Major Hedford, for the duration of the mission.
