Admiral Ransom and I (Admiral Bailey) have agreed upon the merger of GreyWolf Division and Windsor Division. The new division will be called Vanguard Division, there will be two sections; GreyWolf, and Windsor, each section will have its fleet, but will work together as a whole. All crew of both division need to report to their respective divisions, as there will be an adjustment of rosters.
