Star Trek NPCs

OK, I've recently been given command of a ship over in Horizon Fleet, and I need some NPCs to fill it up with for PCs to interact with (also to fill up positions while I await PCs to join.)

I would like to ask if people here would be happy to write some bios for these NPCs. If you would, I would like you to post them here. The general info the site asks for when writing a bio is:
