Command Personnel
All Command personnel are required to keep track every week on the posting levels and quility picking up and warning thoose who lack or are inactive through any means nessarcy yet keeping with the ExpansionFleet's Code of conduict. The Commanding officers are exepcted to update all senior officer on there department goals and tasks for that week with the weekly report.

Senior Officers
Senior officers are required to run and watch there dept with the station being a big place and loads of personnel floating about each dept must keep track on there personnel, keep posting going, make sure in missions you order you dept something to do to and engourage others to post. All Senior officers are also required to write up a monthly report containing.

-How many personnel in that dept
-Posting levels
-Problems
-Requests
-Notes

The other objective we would like if all depts get a database going something that can be used.

Any personnel note found to be co operating with the station rules and regulations will be taken through the warning systems.
