(Didn't think to put this here untill seeing the recent post. Copied bio from profile. Everything on it is true based on time here, and some on the characters even younger beginnings at an RPG before I found expansion)

Hobsons first department entering his starfleet career was in Engineering. With the open postion of Chief Engineer on the U.S.S. Avatar, He began in that postion at the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. After a long period of time of service on the Avatar, and reaching the rank of Lieutenant Commander on that tour of duty, Hobson transferred. He remained still on the Avatar, but with the postion of Chief Intelligence Officer. Assigned by the Avatar's commanding officer to maintain watch and investigation with missions. However, an assignment given to Hobson would be to investigate conspiracy on the Avatar itself. After operations that would lead to injury of the ships chief officers, Hobson would enter a court marshall, to be taken out of the situation by senior intelligence officers.
Following that, his complete tour of duty on the U.S.S. Avatar would end, and Hobson would take up another department to his better liking. He was placed as Chief Medical Officer on board the U.S.S. Hurricane, serving under Fleet Captain Jonathan Dane at the rank of Captain Junior Grade. This service would be short, as Hobson gained the experience in that rank and on that ship, he would soon transfer to the Starbase Galactic, the headquarters of recent outpost Voyage Fleet, as the station operations commanding officer, at the rank of Commodore. His tour of duty there would last short also.
After this came the true opportunities for Hobson. He would gain postion to take command of a fully new outpost in the Expansion Sector. He would take up postion on Deep Space 20 (Freedom Station) in the Nova Division. Hobson would receive a promotion to Admiral, and commander of well noted fleet vessels such as the U.S.S. Aztec, and U.S.S. Venture.
In Nova Division, Hobson would be joined by SSF (Starfleet Special Forces) veteran Admiral James Madison, who would in joint, command Nova with Hobson.
With Admiral Madison and a succesfull fleet and station, Hobson would embark on the highlighted project of his career. He would be in command of the construction of the U.S.S. Excalibur, Excalibur class starship. Following several months of construction, and a visit from well known officials such as Flag Admiral Vorak and SS Avalon Department Heads for sending off, the Excalibur would be launched, setting the precedent for the division.
Not long after this, Hobson would receive a promotion to the rank of Fleet Admiral, and then a promotion in postion to be a part of the Expansion Project High Command, alongside project greats such as Fleet Admiral Will Karelia, and Fleet Admiral Diego Montrell.
With the Excalibur in postion, Hobson and Nova would begin its second and final project with ship design, the U.S.S. Interceptor.
Shortly after this project, Hobson went on to announce a retirment from Nova Division Command. This announcment would be recalled after a call for all divisions to be put on stasis for a regrouping of the fleet.
Hobson would be relocated to Frontier Division, and put as Commanding Officer of Frontier Station.
After several years of service, Hobson remains a very involved, and outspoken command officer in the fleet. Being involved in several battles and melees, with a standing record of command experience.
