Having talked with mr. taylor of tyrus division, we have come to an agreement on the parameters of the merger. Tyrus division personel will be merging with us, they will essentially transfer their position, if they have a position that a vanguard member has, then they can choose another position. Within the guidlines/judgements of admiral ransom and i. Mr. Taylor will join Admiral ransom and i in the command, forming a council. If you have any questions, just pm me.
