IMPORTANT: Major Roster Changes

Attention all Expansion Fleet members:

I will be blunt. It has come to our attention that the Admiralty of Expansion has become inflated. Therefore, we will be instituting a number of "re-evaluations" to give over-ranked officers a more appropriate rank. Please understand that if you are being reduced in rank as of this, it is not due to anything you have done wrong, just due to a major swelling of the upper ranks, far more than is necessary or useful to the fleet.

As of now, the following changes are taking place:

Tom Hobson will be moved from the rank of Fleet Admiral and Frontier Division XO to the rank of Admiral and Frontier Division CO.

James Madison will be moved from the rank of Fleet Admiral to the rank of Admiral and assigned as Frontier Division XO.

Andrew Yates will be moved from the rank of Fleet Admiral to the rank of Admiral and assigned as Avalon Divison XO.

Mike Powell will retain the rank of Lieutenant General, but will be removed from his tenure as Avalon Division XO to allow full concentration on the Dantor Marines.

Julian will retain the rank of Vice Admiral but will be assigned as the CO of the Starfleet contingent on the planet Dantor.

Lucas Bailey will be moved from the rank of Admiral to the rank of Rear Admiral.

Brian Higgins will be moved from the rank of Vice Admiral to the rank Commodore and MAY assigned as XO of Intelligence Division. Higgins has not yet been contacted on this.

Richard Ransom will be moved from the rank of Fleet Admiral and Frontier Division CO to the rank of Captain and U.S.S. Windsor CO.

Dean Starwind will be moved from the rank of Rear Admiral to the rank of Commander and U.S.S. Windsor XO.

Marcus Brodie will retain the rank of Captain but will be moved from U.S.S. Windsor CO to U.S.S. Unity CO.

Wil Riker will retain the rank of Commander but will be moved from U.S.S. Windsor XO to U.S.S. Unity XO.

On this note, to prevent such swelling in the future, all promotion requests must be submitted to High Command for approval before becoming valid. Fleet Admiral Karelia or Admiral Hobson can be contacted with regards to this in the future.
