"This is Fleet Admiral Hobson of Nova Division. I am sending an invitation to your Science and Engineering Staff, and yourself if desired, to come to the Station to put a peice into the Project deemed the 'Excalibur Project' for the USS Excalibur, the first Excalibur class vessel to the fleet. At the commisioning, we will give announcments on who was involved in the project, and include that on the plaque. As well as the fact that the Excalibur will be the first ship from Nova to clear the way for all of nova to enter the rest of Expansion space in the Delta Quadrant (We are located more to the Alpha/Beta Quadrant). I await word from you Admiral"
