Sister Fleet: Phoenix Fleet

I am not sure if any of you have noticed, but Expansion Fleet has a new sister fleet called Phoenix fleet, which is also located in the delta quadrant, though on the opposite side of it. It has a division, Shadow Fleet is located near the Borg Collective's border and Haladari Republic Border, the Shadow Station (Shadow Fleet/Phoenix Fleet HQ) has two ships; there is the USS Shadow (Promethius Class)  and the USS Switchback (Soul Wolf Class)
