Well if we're going to reassign you, this ship is going to die out completely.  What we need to do is find out who's still active here (like you) and replace the others asap, and get the mission going again.

"Yes indeed. Now, you have done a very good job all this time as undercover agent on Starphoenix Base. Nobody has ever had the slightest suspicion, so that means you are a professional indeed. I hope you are not too disappointed with the fact that I had to recall you to my ship and give the job to John Bostic over there, but as you know, we are in the process of building a secret asteroid base for our activities. Problem is, there are too few of us agents in this area of space and thus part of this ship's crew will have to be reassigned to the station once it's constructed. That includes myself and Mr. Brooks. Mr. Chekov will then become new commanding officer of this ship, and he will need a good crew. And at this point, we need officers in the positions they are best at. And that includes you. So basically, I am offering you the choice of which department you are best at, and I will see if I can grant it to you. So what interests you most? Science, medical, helm, security?

So you wish to be Operations officer, that means communications and all-round. Let's start with announcing we've (finally) arrived at Starphoenix Base where we will collect materials to build our base - even though they're not allowed to know thats the purpose of the materials, or even the very fact we are involved with Intel and S31. I count on your professionality.

OFF: well, to be CO of a ship requires to post more or less every day, to keep the mission going and so it wont die out. It's a fine ship, so I wouldnt want to see it closed because of lack of interest.
