USS Skytoucher Mission 5: the Dark Passage Treaty

"Captain I dont detect anything within forty parsec."

[Doctor]

Wycliff the cat, in the Doctor's office off Sickbay, leisurely stretches on the desk, scattering a few padds onto the floor.  He jumps off and heads into the very busy Sickbay, managing to avoid the bustle of legs and limbs.  Jumping up with surprising grace from a cat that looks like it's already used all it's nine lives, Wycliff decided to swat the Doctor's face as he lies helpless on the medicot.  The nurses seem used to the cat, but Dr. Dorian is surprised.

The Doctor wakes up with a start.  he sits up suddenly, frowning, and says, "Oncoming Storm!"  Then he seems to gather himself and realize he isn't where he thought he was.  "How'd I get here?  Did I get beamed back in the middle of a raging battle?!  Egad!"  He absently pets Wycliff who, sensing he's done his duty, slinks back to the office for a well deserved rest.

OFF: Hey Skon, it looks like I topped even your usual post duplication standards: I copied my cat post in three topics.  LOL

"I'll see if I can get the Ops console working..."
*Lupin goes to the Ops station and looks over it. He tried a few controls, and ducked underneath to open a panel*
 "Sensors are offline, I can only get readings internally"

[Roland Burma]

*Captain Burma heard his first officer giving him the suggestions*

Commander, you say you can detect something out here? well then... go to yellow alert

Helm maintain standard orbit.

"I demand to be released at once! You have no right to keep me captive here!"

*Zayan wakes up and sees Marcet.*
"I will not leave this place-eh what? Where am I? What is this place?"
*Then, in the distance, she hears the hum sound from the other side of sickbay, and recognizes Vakin's voice as he is giving the last rites to some of the Loxians who didn't make it.*
"Zentox got me here! Aarghh I kill him, for beating a woman!"

[Will Robinson]

"The Mora has been locked on with are tractor beam Captain. We are ready to get back underway."

[Zentox]

*Shortly thereafter, the away team materializes on the Loxian colony. Immediately, they are struck by the ravage and destruction that has taken place here. The walls are nearly torn apart, conduits are broken, fluid leaks everywhere, and many places are still on fire. Many Loxians are working as hard and as fast as they can to get everything under control, and the noise is hardly bearable.*
"It is a wonder this place still holds together at all."
*Zentox moves on, while looking in several directions. An iron bridge to walk over on a higher level, had fallen down in front of the away team, and there could still dead bodies of Loxians be seen under the debris, even. The lights were flickering, and most of the computer systems were down. The place was also very cold and becoming colder, clearly indicating that the environment systems were failing. At last, a female Loxian approaches the away team. It was the woman who had identified herself as Zayan before, who appeared.*
"Ah, my trusted right hand. Please tell me what happened here... this is a disaster!"

[Doctor]

*The Doctor returned to the ship hours ago and has been in his new quarters most of the time.  He is now in Sickbay studying the logs of the last mission.

[Tom Lupin]

*Voice comes loud and quick over comm badge*
"Found Doctor, Security in doctors quarters needed! Quickly....!"

[Tom Lupin]

"Lieutenant Tom Lupin Reporting as Ops Officer, Captain"

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanchez looks up, and then smiles a bit.*
"Looks like you've had your own story too. Well, I'm looking forward to read that report when I get back to the Evolution. So, let's get these repairs done. The sooner we're finished, the sooner we can move on!"

[Zayan]

*Zayan looks from Zentox to Skon and back nervously.*
"The situation here is disastrous, and more so than it may seem. Those beings took more of our energy than would seem now. We are running on the last reserves to keep environmental systems working. But we only have enough left for another 4 hours, maybe a little more. Then life support will fail, no more oxygen, no more gravity, no more energy to power the computer panels, no more heating. The people that are not transported off our colony then, will be lost. And there are already so few left."

[Vorak]

OFF: Could Skon please report immediately to the station's JAG office for the trial with Vakin? This should have been completed a month ago, so there should be no further delay. Thank you.

Most Loxians were beamed out. Your Doctor is in some kind of Flux . He might well be on the Skytoucher.
