U.S.S. Rivendell Mission 1: Shakedown Cruise

Reporter 3: "But Mr. Nesmith, you haven't answered my question! Do you think that Admiral Vorak has an affair with his personal assistant?"
Reporter 4: "Commander Travis, do you think she wants him for his status?"

[Vorak]

*Vorak ignores the reporters and touches some buttons on the panel to complete the docking procedure.*
"Docking procedure complete and succesful."
*He gets up from his chair and offers it to the helm officer on duty again. Then he watches everyone as they clap their hands.*
"I simply docked the ship, gentlemen. I did not avoid the destruction of a galaxy."
*Then he steps aside and tries to get away from the reporters.*

[Will Nesmith]

"Sickbay prepared for any combat situations Captain. But I could use some help down there, Mr. O'Neil, if I could use you during a battle if we aid, I doubt there will be much else for a counselor to do during one"

[Lance Moris]

"I guess I should be thankful that they haven't hounded me yet.  It not like I help save the universe everyday or anything."

Finally, Taurik completely loses it.

"Q!!! You cannot force me to choose this!!! All options go against everything I believe in!!! RETURN ME TO THE RIVENDELL!!!"

And he collapses to his knees again, trying to regain the control he had lost. He spent a few moments composing himself, lifted his head, and watched in horror as the Akira-Class vessel exploded, with more than half of the total crew aboard. Taurik watched the twisted fragments of debris spin and twirl for several minutes.

"Q. I have made my decision. Return me to the Rivendell, and release this burden from me immediately."

Commander Travis walks down a cooridor with the Admiral

"Lucky for that sir, are the Reporters following to Deep Space 20?"

"Very well. I am going there now to have a discussion with him. Mr. Travis, you have the bridge."

(OFF: I won't be able to post on weekends very well, so Travis has the bridge indefinitely on those days.)
