Commander Belanna how about ADM  Atimatter Demolition Mine's.  
Also I was considering an improvement to the design from Voyager.  If we put a mini replicator in each mine with just enough programming seperated it by a forcefield had it create random particles we could in theory generate enough explosive power to similate a runabouts core breaching.  Defiinently a lot of stoping power.
