*Fleet Captain Archer was walking down the station and when he passed ops, he saw some colleagues he hadn't seen for some time, and decided to enter.*

"Fred, Julian, Andrew!! How are you, long time no see. So, what are you working on?"

*Archer looks at the overview on the wall*

"Hmm, what's this? Is Avalon station being moved? Well, it's nice that I've been informed as well. Maybe there is something I can help you with? I have some very promising cadets at the academy at the moment, maybe it's an idea to have them take a look at it? It could be a good training."

Well, that's just great. Only two ships and a bunch of shuttlecraft. I guess we should just get on with things and try to do it with the resources we have available. I don't see a way to get more ships to this location in time. We should not wait much longer with the moving, because of the continuing threats.

Julian

Please hold tight Mr Ransom as the station is not currently ready to be moved. Feel free to dock however and give your crew some time-off untill we are ready shouldn't be more than a few days max.

Eugene Archer

Of course not, sir. They've taken like 50 % from both systems and remember that we've got the Windsor's secondary warp core to power the station.

Richard Ransom

*turns to Vorak*

Well Sir, From Frontier the U.S.S Windsor is 72 hours before she is Space Worthy and the Last Information I had the Rivendell was heading here so thats Two Vessels but I think I might be able to Bring the Harbour Grace out of Mouthballs in 48 Hours and get a small crew to man her to makes the count three ships for the Moving of Avalon Station

I think it certainly is possible to upgrade the station's propulsion systems, sir. But I'm afraid that might take quite some time as well. I do, however, think it's an idea worth investigating further.

About the Evolution, I do know that it is not currently on a mission, and I also heard that a new Evolution is being build, but since I don't have anything to do with those ships, I am not sure about this.

I think, that if you remove all non-critical personnel off the station, it would not make a very big difference. I mean, it's a big station, and the people's mass is very little relative to the entire station's. If there, however, is another way to considerably lower the station's mass, that would certainly help.

So to sum it up a bit, we have 4 starships available (Windsor, Unity, Rivendell, Lhasa), some runabouts and flyers, we're looking for a way to lower the station's mass, and we're investigating the possibility of enhancing the station's propulsion systems. Correct?

"That's great news Richard, I'm sure we can find a use for that."

*Walks towards Biggins*

"Crewman, if you could follow me to Main Engineering, then I will fill you in on this mission and we can start the preparation."

*Before leaving ops, Archer turned his head and said*

"I'll keep you posted Admiral, Captain. We will work round the clock if necessary to get this job done."

Event Horizon

Thirty-six hours pass and with the help of Captain Archer and his team, Starbase Avalon was now ready to be moved to the planet Dantor. Vice Admiral Julian congratulates the team on doing a great job, but ahead is the biggest test, moving the station.

Eugene Archer

=^=Admiral,  the Windsor has left docking bay and is standing by. I think we are ready to leave.=^=
