General Order 2:

Life must be preserved in whatever way possible. When an Alliance officer knows that a certain life form, in whatever form, is threatened to be destroyed, he must do everything in his power to prevent that, if possible without destroying anything himself either.

General Order 16:

It is not allowed to harm or kill any life form, be it a sentient, animal, plant or artificial life form. Accusations of such crimes are investigated by the AJC (Alliance Judge Council).

I was built to be a tank.........to destroy and also to defend the Delta Alliance.........I am one of my makers true creations..........and probly the last........My programming says that I must do as the Council decrees...........

But I as a sentient life must do as I myself decrees........I cant allow myself to be destroyed......just like you cant have me destroyed For you will be killing a Unque Sentient life form.........

I dont need someone to watch every move I make.........Because it may come a time that I will have to do what the DA council goes against to protect the person im protecting...........and I wont beable to do that if I know someone has override codes of my programming..........But at the same time as a Life form such as myself if bye chance I think im being treated unfairly I will defend myself..........But I have no cause to do that.........

I will allow access to add new subroutines But I will only allow Spock to do such a thing........Because I know he wont trick me...........I ask that you allow me to return to the evolution............Allow me to stay there as an ambassadorial droid........but also as a defense droid........and allow me to protect the crew of the evolution...........without a control code on me.........I cant allow someone to control me.........Avelsa may abuse right..........and thats a risk I cant take...........Im a sentient life who should have its freedom and not be enslaved..........

and If you go on with the idea of avelsa having a override code for me..........youll be slavers.......and not a council to preserve life............I have a right to freedom...........What I do.....I have reasons for weather there good or bad I have my reasons...........But at the same time I learn from my mistakes..............

Im pretty much asking the council to allow me to preserve my freedom.......
