[Blaze]

<Stares in disbelief but phaser fire knocks him out of his trance>

*Blaze and Ardeth grabbed up the familiar equipment and started to fire them off towards the Loxian soldiers*

[Taurik]

"Captain! Zayan is in the dormitories, I will take you there."

Taurik led Sanchez to the dorms, where they found Zayan moved to one of the bunks.

[Blaze]

"Sanchez, My ship is ready.  Ill take Sanchez, Zayan, and the baby with me.  Taurik you take Zaphan, and get your men off this rock, ASAP.  Once I lift off ill fire a few volley's into there ranks, and make a hasty retreat.  In about 30 minutes give or take a few minutes, Sanchez, Zayan, and the baby should be safely aboard the Rivendell.  Would this be acceptable ?"

[Airis]

"Zayan are you allright? Dont move let me check on you" *She grabs her tricoder and ,makes a quick scan of her.* "Looks like youre baby is allright, its a strong one. Youre arm isnt that lucky, there is no equipment i can use to help you right now. The only thing i can do for you now is killing the pain. *She takes her hypospray and uses it on Zayan*

We have to try to get out of here, you know what they will do with you if they find out who you are.

[Zayan]

That is good news. *whispers Zayan.*

With the right kind of distraction I should be able to get us there.  Do you think you can still fly her?  There will be anti-air/space craft defences to fly through.  I didn't get the chance to see if they upgraded the outer defences since..... never mind.

*She looks around hoping that the slip about her past is not followed up with all kinds of questions.*

[Blaze]

*Blaze and Ardeth leapt over the walls while Blaze did a powerful leap clearing the top of the wall, and headed for the ship*

"It is agreeable to have you with us Lieutenant Nonir, Taurik is in the middle of the Loxian troops, but I suspect he can take care of himself.
All shuttles line up in delta formation and prepare to attack, with the Kelata in the lead."

COMPUTER: WARNING, PROXIMITY ALERT, 20 MORE LOXIAN ATTACK SHUTTLES DETECTED, ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL TWENTY STANDARD MINUTES.

[Dyien]

"Na'Shaya Baphomet! It is a greater honor to meet you." Dyien replied. "I am Dyien."

"It seems you are needed else where, you can use this device to communicate with me. I will be in the system for the next 48 hours." Dyien walks over and hands the Commander the orb like Comm Device.

"We will meet again soon!"

Dyien steps back and disappears into an orange haze.

<Avenger Bridge>

As soon as Dyien is back on the bridge, the Avenger lifts off from the surface and proceeds cloaked to exit the planets satrosphere then atmosphere into space.

[Vorak]

OFF: Maybe this could indicate that Zayan and/or Zaphan discovered some "vital" information about the Loxian Government, that they don't want Starfleet to find out about. [Taurik]

"We can simply transport everyone, Blaze, save yourself, as you have your own ship. Thank you for your assistance."

Taurik taps his commbadge. "Taurik to Rivendell. Six to beam directly to sickbay."

There is a short pause, and Captain Sanchez, Zayan and their child, as well as Captain Taurik, Zaphan, and Lieutenant Travis, dematerialize from the interior of the freighter.

(OFF: Those mentioned, continue on the Rivendell.)

[Zaphan]

Zaphan, a 23 year old Merchant was in a cell next to Zayan, her heroine.
Zaphan was seperated from her parents when she was but 16, learning how to fly as many types of vessels as she could, being bumped from tribe to tribe, using her beauty and wits to stay alive, became a merchant with a wonderful old Loxian merchant who adopted her as his niece.

Unfortunately two years later the old man passed away, his only possession being the Cargo freighter Drak'khai; which at present is also under guard in it's own holding cell at the Stardock.
Moments before the planned revolt, Zaphan was docked at Vontak Nor, trading weapons and other needed supplies at cost price.
For some reason, of which she still can't figure out, had joined the revolt using the heavily modified cargo freighter to the maximum of it's capability.
When the tide of the battle turned is, when the ships enginese decided enough was enough and it took all of her skill to crashland the vessel while dodging as much of the phaser fire as possible, ditching the vessel just outside the capital cities boundry.

The rest is a blur, but hey, at least Zaphan the best pilot (as far as she was concerned) was still alive......

Zaphan awoke, a little worse for wear, tears that had been rolling down her eyes moments before being knocked unconscious for third time since her crash landing, were now dry.

With blurry eyes, she over heard the conversation in the next cell and couldn't believe her luck.

"Z-Z-Zayan, are you alright...err...this is such an honor General."

[Zaphan]

*Waiting for the guard to leave, Zaphan groaned from her headache and then spoke.*

"General Zayan, I believe my cargo vessel, the Drak'kai should be still able to fly and it's weapons were still working when I...um...ditched.
It is currently in a Government stardock connected to this facility, I think..."

[Ardeth Wildcat]

Ardeth sprinted, reaching full speed easily, agile movements letting him dodge small objects in his way.  The child stared, amazed that Ardeth didn't tire at all from this.  Blood dripped slowly from a slightly bruised jaw from the young child's punch, but he didn't care right now.  He was leading Blaze back to the ship.  He didn't see his brother there, waiting.

[Blaze]

"I guess its time to bring out the mortars!, HEY! Ardeth get over here and help me set this thing up! NOW!." Blaze said in a gruff voice.

*Ardeth and Blaze began setting up the mortar launcher and Blaze had ordered Ardeth to fire man the mortar and start shelling out the Quantum rounds, Blaze went back to his position and started to call out coodinates for Ardeth and then he began launching them as Blaze was enjoying Rapid fire from his gun, A few second passed and the morale of the loxian right flank started to demortalize as half there group was destroyed bye the mortar rounds and the phaser fire*
