He raised his eyebrows while looking at Gordon as Garhart left abrutly.
"I will head towards Ops, if you need any assistance, find me".
He nodded and left.

"I am not speaking personally, I feel none of those things. It is a very serious thing that is going on. What I feel, is that Admiral Ransom made a very big mistake by being so hasty in the acceptance of this alliance, regardless of doubts expressed".
He had a flicker of a smile and resumed.
"You accepted that explanation from him? I do not think a representitive of a species would try to secretly send information, no matter what information, to his home, where his leader just so happens to be. The mistake was getting caught. The key point in calling Mr. Gordon here in was that exact situation".

"Not sure the meaning of remember, but I do not think I am angry at all. Its not the first thought that my part in all of this has been because of something personal. The highlights of what took place, if you heard of it all, have been pretty straight forward in needing handled. I really think these outsiders have come here and just mixed everyone up. Some people trust, some people don't, some don't even know. Its a take it or leave it deal".

Torean wipes down the bar and as he going along removes the padd that the trader left WITHOUT anyone noticing.  
Then turns to Madison

"Admiral, what was that all about?  Strange times.  Very strang"

"I wouldn't go to big, big ships spread crew thin. To avoid another lack of officers we must keep them packed in one place. Focus on one ship or station and flow with other divisions, for example if Avalon was trying to crew a new ship, it would not be wise to try to crew one at the same time. I do see things picking up though. We all do our part to get things going. I think this base is doing very well. I would love to see more and more come to it until its bursting at the seams."

"It has been to me, personally, the most fascinating part of the Expansion Sector of the Delta Quadrant. The Van'Gu cluster contains two planets, one, Neyo Prime. Another, which I am not well learned on. We sent in two ships into that area, first, the USS Venture under Marcus Brodie, and then the Excalibur under Matthew Moriarty. The mystery of it is, it is difficult to study it without physically entering it. However, when you enter it, you loose all long range communications, sensors are blocked for a distance. It really takes you into an old fashioned mode which leaves everyone to show thier best".

*andros goes and Takes off his helmet to reveal a Handsome man with pointy ears, Almost resembling a Vulcan some certain respects with long White wavey hair, and the eyes of a commander whos seen more then his share of conflicts........then handing his helmet to one of the younger Knights in his escort*

Torean my name is Andros.  What would you reccommend ?, We are new to this station, in fact we are new to this galaxy.  We dont know what the people this part of the galaxy or the Universe in this eat Eat ?

At this point starfleet has no plan to make any alliances with such a new race. Technically talks never should have began. Provided what has occured it will be a slim chance."

"Alright, now on to station business.  What was that transmission from ops?  Do you require anything else?

O no, then I will be on my way."

Garhart gets up and leaves the pub without waiting for a response from Hobson or Gordon.
