Voyager

((OOC: This might seem confusing, but this is suppose to give the impression that Dolan is viewing his memories from his own perspective, so he knows certain things that his past self doesn't.))

Dolan still couldn't move and briefly wondered if he had lapsed into a coma before the images drifted into his mind again.

"I demand to speak with Colonel Clarke!" shouted a voice that Dolan realized was his own.  "You have grossly violated UEF protocols!  No civilian ships are allowed to enter the war zone for any reason!  And why didn't you use a land gate anyway?!  They're much safer."

"What are you talking about?  What is this UEF you're talking about?  What war zone?  And what gate?" A person that was dressed in a Starfleet Medical uniform looked quite paniked and confused.

"Is this someone's sick idea of a joke?!  Are you telling me you don't know what UEF is?!  Are you telling me you don't know about the war that has been going on for the last thousand years across the entire galaxy?!"

The doctor tapped a combadge on his chest and said, "Captain, the passenger we picked up seems a little confused."

Dolan quickly realized he was watching from his own point of view when he noticed the scar on the back of the hand that extended out to punch the doctor.  The collision with the force field around the surgical bay didn't seem to deter himself from trying to attack the doctor.  The strangeness of the situation caused Dolan to quickly deduce he was viewing his own memories, though he couldn't recall these events had ever occurred.

"I think you better come down here, Captain.  Quickly."  The forcefield flashed several more times before the doctor said, "Computer, activate the Emergency Medical Hologram Mark III."

Dolan saw the Mark III EMH activate and say the standard "Please state the nature of the medical emergency."  The doctor then quickly said something to the EMH who replied, "Certainly," before taking a hypospray and walking straight through the forcefield.  The view of the scene backed away quickly but the EMH was quick and managed to inject a sedative the past Dolan, as Dolan nicknamed the view he was occupying.  Before the past Dolan completely blacked out, he heard distantly, "...should try mind probes...link his mind to the holodeck...not making sense...confused..."

Dolan's head was beginning to boggle at what he was seeing.  It didn't make any sense to him.  However, before he could think more, he dropped into unconsciousness, right after he thought ~How do you go unconscious in a coma?~

<Simon looked up from his dazed position laying on the ground knowing that Starfleet will never let him near another ship after this, but saw a Heraan ship fly nearby and settle down, now his fears were becoming reality, knowing that this was now the end>

=^= "All Starfleet officers, take up defensive positions.  They may charge!" =^= was all Simon said as he looked on waiting for the end to happen.

Suddenly, the turrets stop. Cloud sighs with relief, sweat dripping off his brow. He walks over and kicks one of the turrets on the ground muttering, "Kriffing ship."

He turns, "All of you start working on the wounded, I'm going to report to Colonel Balkazar."

Walks out to find him.

Balkazar

<In the marines officer lounge>

"Well, I see you gotten more shiny, Keller.  So tell me what they did to you? last I knew you were blown up and no medical treatment could be done except to put you into stasis.  So fill me in?" Balkazar asked Keller hugging him which shocked alot of the recruits in the room, but not the veterans.

Dolan was surprised at Rajnus's reaction to the hail by the shuttle, but didn't say anything, since it seemed normal for Rajnus to seem so erratic.

"You should know that your father did make 1 request of me and Admiral Yates when he found out you were going to be recruited.  Should anything happen to him, we were to watch out for you.  I take my duty in that regard an honor." Simon told Aariya before she left.

"Very good, Now, would you please send Thomas Richards in.  Remember, your my eyes and ears, I dont like false information.  I want you to keep an eye on the crew and the starfleet and marine personel.  That is all." Simon said releasing privacy mode on his office.

<Waking up slightly he felt their was a huge gash on his head and blood was pouring out of it at a steady rate.  He ripped off a peice of his uniform and pressed it on his head to stop the bleeding>

"Alright, are sensors up or are those shot too?" Simon asked half conscious.  "I think we are going to be here for awhile so we best take a stock of what ISNT! destroyed or broken." Simon added.

Thomas Richards

Tom had been working hard on the ship's systems, trying to find something that he could get operating that would help them. Phasers were almost completely out of the question, as they were either all buried, powerless, or just not there, sheared off in their descent and crash landing. They had also been the first thing the Heraan had aimed for in their attack.

"GOT YA!" he yelled, as a small section of his screen started to show some fluctuating power readings.

"Sir!" he cried out to the Admiral. "I can get the deflector working for one short pulse. It'll fry out most of the circuits for the dish, but I can use it like a shock wave, and push the Heraan back. It'll take four minutes to charge the dish sufficiently for the pulse!"

The uncharacteristic outburst shocked him. Normally he was calm and collected, even in battle. He'd have to take some time out as soon as he could and calm his emotions. Though that would probably be quite a while.

=/\="Bridge to all Starfleet and Marine forces outside of the ship. Begin moving back towards the ship immediately. Try and get inside, or as close to the hull as you can. Bridge out."=/\=

He hoped that his trick would cause enough of a lull in the Heraan's offensive to allow the Marines to strike back. He noticed on the sensors though some life signals near the deflector dish. Anyone that close when the pulse went of would likely be killed.

=/\="Major. You'll have to start moving your Marines inside the ship, that close to the deflector dish on the outside of the ship......wouldn't be pleasant."=/\= he  said. He knew there was a large hole in the dish, hopefully they could hold them off from just in there until he could initiate the pulse.

He began the painstaking process of charging the dish, ready for when the Admiral gave his approval, if he was concious enough to do so. He had taken a pretty bad strike to the head.

Balkazar

<Staring threw the bushes and trees that he was using as cover as the marines continued to pelt the area with mortar.  Balkazar noticed a weary Raszagal come threw the trees and approached his position>

"Raszagal, is their someway we could jury rig the units armor to run off your abilities? Im sure our Engineers would love to get their hands on their technology to try and figure something out to assist us.  Not to mention it would keep them busy for awhile.  So, The General wants this ship intact but im afraid he didnt specify the exact condition.  Im assuming he wants it fixable, so we could do enough damage to make it fixable and servicable.  So how do we disrupt their cloaking fields.  Or at the very least turn their cloaking fequencies to a spectrum that our helmets can pick up.  Can this frequency also be salvaged from their armor, Raszagal.  Im sure they would have had some sort of computer in their possession that would reveal this lil tid bit or SOMETHING! to assist us in this problem." Balkazar asked as he felt his symbiote heal his shoulder wound that he had previously received.

HK47

<HK47 had helped the marines to pack up their gear and assisted to get the wounded back to the Lothlorien crash site, then went onboard the Swift Retribution to look at the ships power systems, then plugged into the ship to access the ships functions to make sure nothing was out of the ordinary, he stayed their for quite some time, silent, in the background>

Dolan quickly set his alarm for 50 minutes from now, since everyone would know when that hour was up.  He soon regretted that when he flipped over again.  Fortunately, he hadn't eaten much over since the Lothlorien went down, so he wasn't going to throw up much if he did.  He managed to stablize himself before he went for another flip.

Voyager

((OOC: Where has everyone gone?  And a note to anyone reading this:  Dolan is in a coma like state and is revisiting artificially surpressed memories.))

Dolan noticed his past self had woken up when the images came back again.  He suddenly realized he was in a UEF outpost on Scorpii 18 and that he was in a briefing room.  He was surprised at this revelation and had no clue where this information came from and considered that it really might be his surpressed memories.  Words began to filter through.

"The Aeon have launched an offensive on the planet.  They have esablished footholds on the southern subcontinent and the island chain near there."  A screen appeared in mid-air in the center of the table with a map indicating where the Aeon were.  "We have requested reinforcements, but it seems the UEF can't spare any people, though they managed to send a company of the Direwolf Regiment, with Colonel Clarke coming personally to help defeat the Aeon.  Major Dolan is head of this company, which is called..."

Dolan heard his voice, though it was much rougher, replied, "We're the Wolverine Company, Brigader Pershing."

The man that was speaking cleared his throat and said with unveiled disdain, "The Wolverine Company then.  Now, to organize the defensive perimeter, we plan on deploying Major Dolan's company along with one of the home platoons a couple dozen kilometers above the Aeon forces on the subcontinent to stop them from gaining more ground.  Colonel Clarke will direct this group from a base nearby.  The other ACUs will-"

Colonel Clarke, a fierce looking woman, spoke up.  "I don't see why I can't be deployed on the field beside Major Dolan.  He and his company may be Symbionts, but their loyaty programming is fully engaged.  In fact, most of the company, including the major, have upgraded forms of the loyalty programming.  Besides, the closest known Cybran base is several jumps away.  They won't have the time to defect even if they could and they wanted to."

The brigader's face remained emotionless as he answered, "I disagree.  As you well know, Dolan's company is highly experimental-"

"And highly successful," injected Clarke calmly.

"-while that might be, I believe they still might be a threat.  Who knows what kind of loopholes they could have found in their programming?  I don't care if they found a way to disguise the Symbiont's implants.  In anything, that makes them exponentially more dangerous.  In any case, you are overruled Colonel.  Unless one the ACUs on the planet is freed up, you will be directing the defense of the southern subcontinent."  With that, the arguement was ended.

The briefing continued, though Dolan noticed a couple of people in Starfleet uniforms on the edge of his vision.  He thought he was seeing things until he saw one of them press a couple of buttons and leave through a holodeck door.  Another man entered to take the place of the one who left.

Voyager

Dolan finished reviewing the report on the PADD and rejoined the group.

"Admiral, the ship's status report," said Dolan as he offered Admiral Yates the PADD.

After the Admiral took it, he turned to Simon and asked, "I was just wondering, are the nanites going to stay in the ship's systems permanently or will they be taken out?  I don't think they are any danger, unless  we encounter the Borg, and if the nanites continue to repair any damage the ship might accumulate, repairs might be finished sooner than normal, which would be a great benefit, especially in critical situations."

Simon Rajnus

((When did the marines get a cybernetic Corp?))

<Then Simon relieved command of the bridge to an unexpecting ensign that was passing threw, then headed for the conference room, after a few minutes, Simon entered the room and took a seat next to his old friend, Admiral Yates>

"So whats going on, Admiral?" Simon asked questioningly, knowing it had something to do with the Omega partical in some way.

Simon Rajnus

((Im going to speed it up since Yates is being a lazy bum))

"Alright, all of you get to your stations and arm yourselves for full battle readiness.  Because I have a feeling that we will not be the only ones who are going to get to the Omega partical.  We have to get to it first before anyone else.  General, assemble your team.  Aariya im sure you know how to handle a phaser.  As of now all security personel are on high alert.  Prepare for battle and arm all crew personel.  Inform the marines of the change of plans.  Only tell Col. Balkazar of this latest development, and only him.  We are going to Red alert.  Your all dismissed.  Aariya I wish to see you in my ready room." Simon said as he left the breifing room and headed for his ready room to look over Aariya's file.
