OFF: First off, big apologies to everyone that I've been working with. As you might know, my computer fried and I was left with no gaming for a month. Then after gaining internet access again, well, let's just say I've been "endowed with provisions". I have access to this character alone, but I intend to change that.

In the mean bit, tell me a little with what's been going on, and I'll see where I can fit in, I'm so far behind! Vorak mentioned paper work on the station, I could do that! But please, Sorry Brandon! I strive to be the best XO, but I kind of had my legs cut from under me. I'll be there soon!

Miss Lilque, your skills could be used in the science department. During your absence, a replacement arrived so your former position as CO of the Department can't be given. Therefor you would be the XO. Otherwise I have a position in the Academy or perhaps in the Celtic Corner. It's your choice.

If I am absent, the following rules are instated:

1. Admiral Nocturnus and Admiral Montrell are in full command of the Starfleet section of Expansion.
2. Admiral Nocturnus and Admiral Montrell must decide TOGETHER on anything that is crucial and important to Expansion, if the need would arise.
3. Admirals Nocturnus and Montrell have the right to reassign/relocate any member of Expansion that has reported for duty in any of the divisions and had not received a reply within 48 hours.
4. Admirals Nocturnus and Montrell have the right to assign new members where they deem best, that report in at the "Starfleet Admiral's Office" of the Starfleet HQ board (this forum), and they may communicate on any topic necessary that people post in on this forum.
5. All questions and cases must go to Admirals Nocturnus and Montrell.
6. NO promotions of any officers, ensigns, cadets or admirals are to be made during my absence.
7. No divisions are to be closed during my absence, unless major rules are extensively broken.
