<Back at the Lothlorien crash site, Simon began to stir but was able to get up for the fact that he was laying for so long that his body was stiff from the lack of blood and his body was replenishing it.  So he just laid their only able to move his mouth>

"Status report.  Whats going on out their? Dar'nas? Brown?" Simon asked as he tried to move but was pushed down by a young private who was tending to his injuries.
