Today, January 25, is Expansion Fleet's 4th birthday!

Yes, we have been up and running for a whole four uninterrupted years, since January 25, 2002! While Expansion Fleet was already in existence before that, in december 2001, an exact date of launch is lost to us now, unfortunately.

However, this primary launch was done using board software of phpBB, which fatally crashed a month later - with loss of all posts and member accounts. The IkonBoard (version 2) software was installed after that, and the RPG begun anew, on January 25, 2002. The actual storyline, however, was resetted once more later on, on april 23, 2002. That storyline is still going ever since, up to this day.

The registration of the domain name expansionfleet.com came somewhat later too, and meanwhile Expansion Fleet has upgraded to IkonBoard version 3.

We thank all our members for their loyalty to Expansion Fleet all this time, for sharing and building great storylines, and for adding to this great community!

Let's go for another 4 years in a row!

That's because I had to re-register on the board when I was upgrading the software. Vorak was originally far older as you will find posts by me that were made before my registration date
